Morning world!

Mid week point and a good gauge point! All projects are on track and new team members are settling in well!

The only downside is this weather can hamper things especially when the only space you have to cut things before fitting is under a gazebo in a small outside space but it gets the job done 👍🏻

Have a great Wednesday 😃

Morning all!

Great start to the week!

Pictures below are of the fire damaged house we handed back a week or so ago. Fire started at the rear of the property but the smoke damage was right through the house (sorry, only have a couple of “before” pictures)

Big project but as you can see, a bright fresh looking home has been restored.

Have a great Tuesday 😁

Morning all!

So two kitchens to rip out and refit this week (amongst other things).
We have a couple of new team members joining the crew, so let’s get cracking!

Have a great Monday 😃

Morning all!

So, as we’ve been saying in the week, this weeks challenge was a heavily ni****ne stained property that needed full renovation to eradicate years of staining and ingrained ni****ne smells to make it look welcoming for a new tenant.

Hoping the new occupant likes their home 🏠

Have a great Sunday 😃

Morning all! Even the heating has kicked in this morning! 🥶

So just a bit of finishing off to do at the empty home this morning and that’s it! ✔️

Photos to follow (but one shown below for now)

What you up to today?

Have a great Saturday 😁

Morning all 😁

We’re almost there, it’s Friday again and we’re halfway through the month. Crazy!

This week has had a couple of bumps in the road but also, exciting times, we have some new people joining the team, we’ve been given our next kitchen contract by a local landlord for a block of flats in the locality as well as lots of other bits going on in the background 👍🏻

Have a great Friday😁

Morning all!

So empty home update…. new kitchen is in, tiling starts today. All rooms are emulsioned and ready for glossing and once the full clean is done, should be able to hand the property back on Saturday!

Have a great Thursday 😊

14/10/2026

Morning all!

So yesterday didn’t go exactly to plan. We went to rip out a kitchen and noticed a slight bowing in the ceiling above - due to the age of the property, we cannot do anything further to rectify this until an asbestos check is done so the matter has been referred to the landlord. So old kitchen removed and we then had to leave until the regulatory checks are done!

Mid week hump so onwards and upwards!

Have a great Wednesday 😁

Morning all!

One of yesterdays jobs was to install a new radiator, replace an electric towel rail and replace a defective floor covering with a luxury vinyl. Bit of a tight squeeze on the last part (not a lot of room to work with) but we got it done.

In other news, decoration of the former heavily ni****ne stained property is well underway as well as two bathrooms beings refitted!

Great start to the week!

Have a great Tuesday 😊
