Cx500 turbo in for exhaust leak ,fork rebuild and head race besrings . As you can see from the pictures i had to remove alot to get to the engine .
The second picture is the cx turbo next to my race bike turbo big difference.

This was quite a big job valve clearances, rebuild carbs,rebuild forks and fit the fairing and seat .The dyno graph shows to power curves guess which one was the one with the baffle in. carburettor cbr 600.

Great before and after pictures. This was a long rebuild lots of waiting for parts .
I stripped the motor had it ceracoted and powder coated . Then rebuilt with 675cc big bore .i think the motor looks great. The customer is very happy with the outcome.

Kawasaki H1 in for a service and head race bearings. The Fizzy had some suspect after market parts it now has some better after market parts 😄. The GT550 in for electronic ignition and possible engine rebuild due to lack of primary crankcase compression dried out and shrunken crank seals.
