Good morning from Asturias. KlangHaus noise department are together preparing for DayStar NightSun… Sal is in London HQ… recovering from her Barbican show and ready for action as always.

04/10/2026

We made a one night only piece for the barbican - in the beautiful conservatory salklang was commissioned to direct and make works for an ongoing project between the centre of sustainable fashion and Kering called Governance for Tomorrow- a research project looking at the future of fashion and how it hs to be aligned with responsibility and stewardship. The evening was a series of films and installation pieces where the researchers could collect data from informed questioning and responses to critical questioning in uncanny surroundings .JonKlang made a soundtrack for the trees using recordings from sals interviews and field recordings…and our brilliant friends at Imagination Lancaster bought the prompt tank for a visit in the morethanhuman zone….. I will put more up on the website including clips of imagery and sound …
