12.45 till 1.45 Rebecca Lomas (Music from the decades)
1.45 till 2.30 GAZ SEARS (Country music based, think Luke Combes etc)
Pay on the gate, Just £2.50 per person which includes
4 live acts,
Childrens activities
Fancy dress competition and bring you best carved pumpkin competition
Trick or treat trail
Food and craft market

STALL HOLDERS PLEASE NOTE!
Here is the stall set up plan for indoors and out doors, you can set up from tomorrow between 10 and 3pm if you wish, the ballroom will be secure overnight and ready for you to walk in on Saturday ready for trading at 11am, May I suggest all stall holders have some sweets, as we are doing a trick or treat trail, and there will be clues all over the hotel, so as the children are hunting for sweets, the parents can browse you goods.
Ticket sales have been really good so far, and we are looking at between 1000 and 1200 guests. they will be scattered all around the hotel as we have the live music out side, the crafts in the chapel, a quiet reading and drawing room in the conservatory, and of course the main bar. I have left some spaces free near the bar, so people can sit and stay for a bit. ( if they are sat for a drink, they will browse your goods.
This is our biggest event to date, and the weather is looking "Halloweenish". Please feel free to share the event on your pages.

With only 3 more sleeps to our Halloween event on Saturday 31st, AT Bestwood Lodge Arnold, now is the time to be thinking about your fancy dress for the little ones. Or maybe start planning your carved pumpkin? we have prizes for both of these competitions, and if you think your little ones wont have enough to do after the bouncy castles, and face painters and trick or treat trail, we also have free activities including Mask making, Make your own paper pumpkin, Tempory Tattoo station and Create your own slime (for that totally crazy Halloween experience) We also have a quiet room with activity books for anyone want 5 minutes to relax. Don't forget for the Adults we have live music, 2 licensed bars, and a craft market. All this in one of Nottingham's oldest and most gothic buildings.

STALL HOLDERS FOR HALLOWEEN EVENT!
All indoor stalls can set up on Friday if you wish. the ball room will be secure, then you can just turn up Saturday ready for opening at 11am, also, maybe a good idea to have some sweets on the stalls for the trick or treaters, as the children will look for sweets, the parents will browse.
We still have a few indoor stall spaces left inside for anyone interested.
