🍂 Cold mornings are back… and so are damp and condensation problems!
As we head into the colder months, now is a good time to check a few things around your property before small issues turn into expensive repairs.
Here are a few things worth looking out for:
✅ Extractor fans – Make sure the fans in your bathroom and kitchen are working properly.
✅ Gutters and roof – Blocked gutters or damaged roof tiles can allow water into the property.
✅ Windows and ventilation – Keep trickle vents clear and allow fresh air to circulate, especially after cooking or showering.
✅ Damp patches – Check around windows, ceilings and behind furniture for any early signs of mould or moisture.
✅ Small leaks – Don't put them off. A minor leak today can become a much bigger job over winter.
