3 floors. 5 days. Job done. 💪

Just finished up on this stunning new build, with a 20mm XPS cement-coated overlay system installed throughout all three levels.

We installed and pressure tested the manifolds, completed the full UFH installation and then screeded the lot — start to finish in just 5 days.

We’re very proud of this one.

Straight pipe runs.
Spacing bang on.
Every board taped and properly fixed.
Manifolds installed neat and tidy.

The attention to detail from the boys was class from day one. 👌

Once the screed goes down, nobody sees what’s underneath. That’s exactly why we get it right.

Before and after from a timber frame job we just completed today. ✅

Pipework was already down when we arrived, so it was just the screed for us on this one. Poured, levelled and out the same day. Came up perfectly as always. 🥳

Flowing screed incases the heating pipes completely so you get the best heat transfer, and the floor’s completely level and flat for whatever finish is going down after. Makes life a lot easier for the joiners and tilers coming in behind us. 🤗

We do the full floor build-up as well if you need it — insulation, underfloor heating and screed all from the one contractor.

🏢 New premises, new chapter.

From all of us at Next Level, a quick word we wanted to share. We’ve just moved into our new home, and while we’re really not ones to make a fuss, this one meant something to us. 🥳

It’s another step in a journey that started very small. Bit by bit, job by job, we’ve grown into a team that now works right across Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 — and this new space finally gives us the room to do even more, and to do it even better.
