​✔️ Full Pipework Re-route: Re-plumbed for a sleek quadrant shower enclosure and rainfall setup.
✔️ Added Heating: Ran brand-new pipework to install a stunning gold heated towel radiator where there was previously no radiator at all.
✔️ Waterproofing & Subfloor: Full shower tanking applied for maximum leak protection, alongside insulated tile backer boards.
✔️ New Fixtures Installed: Fitted a modern pedestal basin, toilet, gold do**he spray / bidet tap, and quadrant shower enclosure.
✔️ Tiling & Decor: Finished with rich forest green metro tiles, marble-effect floor tiles, fresh paint, and an illuminated LED mirror.

​Structural Stabilization: Corrected a severe lean in the existing shed structure, pulling and locking the frame back into square before securing the new framework.

​Substructure & Masonry: Built a two-course concrete block foundation to level the slope, raise the timber sole plates off the ground, and protect the framing from ground moisture.

​Structural Framing & Joinery: Stripped back rotted gable timberwork and old cladding, then re-clad the exterior with fresh timber shiplap.

​Doors & Windows: Framed openings and fitted a uPVC double-door front entrance and rear window unit.

​Drainage: Fitted black guttering along the roofline.

​Interior Boarding: Fitted moisture-resistant green plasterboard across all walls and the vaulted ceiling, prepped for electrical fittings.

Full exterior repair and refresh completed. Repaired a leak in the cast iron guttering and prepped and painted all downpipes in anthracite. Re-textured blown roughcast render, filled old fixing holes high on the gable end, and repaired spalled brickwork along the base course before spraying the roughcast walls in Sandtex Chalk Hill and finishing the plinth, sills, and canopy in matching anthracite.

​Plumbing Alterations: Repositioned old utility pipework and cleared out the redundant ground lines.
