Hi everyone,
Im looking for some advice in converting the poly roof to a lightweight insulated aluminium tiled roof including raising it to create a plastered ceiling internally. Building control have confirmed that building notice is required but couldn’t give any further advice on structural requirements. I was going to come of the existing frames and build up from there and also want an overhang on the front of around 500-600mm . Would that be possible and will it be acceptable for building control inspection?
Any advice would be appreciated.
