🏠 RECENT UP & OVER ROOF COMPLETED 🏠
Another roofing job recently carried out by MNM Building Services 🔨
The existing roof had unfortunately reached the point where it was leaking in a number of different areas, with water also making its way down into the wall cavity, so it was important to get the roof properly stripped back and renewed rather than continuing with temporary repairs.
✅ Existing tiles carefully stripped off
✅ Roof fully exposed and inspected
✅ New breathable roofing membrane installed
✅ New treated battens fitted
✅ Existing tiles reused where suitable
✅ Ridge system renewed
✅ Roof made fully weather-tight
✅ Problem areas addressed to prevent further water ingress
A big improvement and, most importantly, the property now has a roof that’s properly protected from the elements.
