WE’RE HIRING – TRADE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
DTW Ceramics UK Limited is looking for an experienced Trade Business Development Manager to join our team at our Portsmouth head office.
This is primarily an office-based account management role, focused on looking after our existing trade customer base, developing those relationships and identifying opportunities to grow business with customers we already work with.
We are looking for someone who understands the flooring, tile, interiors or construction trade and who is confident building strong, long-term relationships with trade customers.
The role will include managing and supporting existing trade accounts, speaking regularly with customers, handling enquiries, following up quotations, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and helping to ensure our trade customers receive a consistently high level of service.
There will also be an element of new business development, but the main focus is on maintaining, strengthening and growing our existing trade customer relationships.
The position is office based in Portsmouth, so we are ideally looking for someone who is comfortable working closely with our internal sales and operations teams and who enjoys regular direct contact with customers.
We would particularly like to hear from experienced Account Managers, Business Development Managers, Trade Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers or flooring industry professionals who may be considering their next move.
