For Alok’s Rave the World show at London’s O2 Academy Brixton, lighting designer and show director Alexander Hesse of A Light Production showed just how much can be achieved with a compact, carefully designed lighting rig.

Using 24 GLP TWYN, alongside JDC1 fixtures, Hesse made creative use of TWYN’s versatility, turning the hybrid strobe into architectural backlighting to illuminate the venue’s historic pillars and create a striking silhouette of the suspended box above the DJ.

A great example of how creative fixture placement and versatile lighting tools can make a big impact without a massive fixture count. ⚡

500 GLP X-PAR 12Z light up Reggae Land – even in broad daylight! ☀️⚡

At Reggae Land 2026 in Milton Keynes, design studio Auratecture, led by Ross Chapple and Nick Jevons, took the main stage to a whole new level. With 500 GLP X-PAR 12Z hidden behind video surfaces that appeared to peel away, the design delivered massive colour effects visible even under cloudless skies.

GLP impression X5 provided powerful stage washes, while JDC Burst 1 fixtures lined the catwalk, adding even more creative possibilities to the show.

The result? Two sold-out days, 100,000 tickets sold, and a full lighting experience for every artist – day or night. 💪

GLP TWYN brings ancient architecture and modern lighting together in Mérida! ⚡🏛️

At the 2026 Festival Internacional de Teatro Clásico de Mérida, lighting designer Nicolás Fischtel used GLP TWYN dual-face moving heads for Bacanal, a production combining drama, contemporary dance and a spectacular electronic rave finale.

With lighting positions strictly limited in the historic Roman theatre, TWYN's versatility made all the difference: powerful backlighting for the performers, colourful illumination of the ancient stage architecture and dynamic pixel and strobe effects – all from the same fixtures. 💪

The GLP TWYN combines a CREOS-inspired RGBL wash with a JDC Burst 1-inspired hybrid strobe in one dual-face moving head. From tight beams and wide washes to punchy white strobes and vibrant RGBW effects, both sides bring something different to your lighting design.

The idea started with a simple challenge: making the most of limited truck space without limiting creativity. The result is a versatile 16 kg (35lbs) fixture that earns its place on smaller tours and larger stages alike.
