A few things that caught my eye and inspired me during my time in Corfu ☀️🌊

I found myself drawn to the boats and the beautiful colours of the sea. Sunsets , obv ! I even caught a few sunrises , just beautiful! The charm of the architecture was also a bug inspiration. (I'm such a geek when it comes to that!)
I could spend hours just looking at architecture, and the fact someone has crafted it with their hands , just amazes me.

Also, really obsessed with the flower Hibiscus 🌺, my husband picked one for me on our very first holiday 14 years ago, and I am always taken back to that time when ever I see one 🥰

I love noticing the details, shapes, colours and textures that make a place unique, collecting little moments of inspiration to bring home and hopefully add into my art. 🎨✨️

A new chapter 🤍

After 6 years in full-time work , I’ve made the biggest decision — I’ve left my job to become a stay-at-home mum and to finally give my art the time and space it deserves.

It wasn’t an easy decision. Since losing my dad, I’ve struggled with anxiety in ways I never expected. The thought of going back to work, leaving my little girl and trying to juggle everything just didn’t feel right anymore.

So I chose us. ❤️

I chose to be there for the little moments. I chose more time with my daughter. And I chose to take a chance on something I genuinely love.

I’ve always dreamed of making a career from my art, and although it’s scary stepping away from the security of a full-time job, I’m hoping this is the beginning of something really special.

I have no idea exactly where this journey will take me, but I’m so excited to find out. 🎨✨

Here’s to taking a leap of faith, creating something I love, and building a life that feels right for me and my little family. 🤍
