🏠 Another transformation completed by DG Plastering

One of the many exterior projects we’ve had the pleasure of completing this year - and what a difference 👌

This property was finished using an EWI render system with a 1mm grain silicone finish in Ice, creating a clean, modern appearance while completely transforming the exterior.

A lot of work goes into achieving the finished result - preparation, protection, attention to detail and getting that final texture consistent across the whole property.

The Ice finish against the dark windows and original brick detailing really sets this one off. 🔥

The kitchen area plastering is now completed and ready for decorating, with the kitchen ready to go in next.
All plastering works at the property are not fully completed yet, with further areas still to be done as the project continues. Always good working again for clients who trust us to come back and carry on the work as the build progresses.

Bathroom prep done right 👌

Before tiles go on, the prep matters just as much as the finish.

This bathroom renovation included:
✔️ Moisture-resistant plasterboard to the ceiling
✔️ Ceiling fully skimmed for a smooth, clean finish
✔️ Tile backer boards installed to walls
✔️ Level, solid surfaces ready for tiling

These stages might get covered up later, but they’re what prevent cracking, movement and moisture issues long-term.

Quality preparation = quality results.
