Happy Halloween 🎃 everyone I hope you’re having a wonderful evening.
I’m currently out in the workshop pulling together a bespoke order of 9 custom-made gift sets for a lovely customer and all my friends and family will testify, my gift wrap skills are not the best so I’m hoping these are not too frightful but hopefully what she is looking for. 🤞
The traditional gift sets will be coming to the website very soon or if you would like a custom gift set order made up please drop me a message and I’m happy to pull them together.

Please see update as follows re tomorrow’s Kelso Farmers Market…
I won’t lie wet weather & candles don’t mix well but I hope to be on-site tomorrow (albeit with a limited stock) if you need anything. Plus don’t forget if I don’t have the scent you want with me tomorrow you can still order it & I’ll post or deliver it to you..

Market due to go ahead…. Please see Weather update ahead of tomorrow’s market:

Aware we are in the midst of storm Austen we are monitoring the weather forecast continually therefore having checked three different forecasting websites they all indicate that the yellow warning for heavy rain is due to ease overnight tonight (into tomorrow morning) with the amber high winds not due to start until later on in the day / early evening tomorrow night.

As a result it is our intention that the market will go ahead as planned; we appreciate it will likely be wet and cooler than previous months however we hope you can dress accordingly & will come along & support our stallholders as normal.

In the meantime we will continue to monitor this situation but as it stands tonight (7.30pm Friday night) the market will be going ahead tomorrow morning as scheduled between 9:30 am and 1:30 pm.

We do hope you will come along & see us.

If you have never been to a ploughing championship this event will feature vintage, classic, and modern-day ploughing with an impressive lineup of 8 pairs of horses competing. Enjoy a variety of trade stands and craft stalls, plus a brand-new children’s area.
