Following an emergency entry by the emergency services, we were called out to help repair a customer’s damaged door.

On inspection, we discovered that several of the damaged components were obsolete and no longer in production, making this a much trickier repair than usual.

Our customer asked us to do everything we could to save the existing door, so we got to work 👍🏻

✅ We stripped down the locking mechanism and carefully straightened the components that had been forced out of shape when the door was prised open. Thankfully, we managed to repair the mechanism!

✅ The euro cylinder had been damaged beyond repair, so we replaced it with a new one.

✅ The handles had also taken a beating, and with the original parts no longer available, we sourced a suitable replacement set and adapted the door to allow them to be fitted.

Despite the challenges and discontinued parts, we got everything back together and working better than it had before!

Another tricky job successfully completed, an existing door saved from unnecessary replacement, and a very happy customer. 🙌

We were recently called out by another local business after they found themselves locked out of a caravan with the keys still inside. To make matters worse, the door handle had also failed!

We attended swiftly and gained entry non-destructively, getting them back inside without causing damage ✅

We then stripped down the handle and locking mechanism to identify the fault, carried out an on-site repair and got everything working as it should again.

Another problem solved and another happy customer! 🙌

We were called out after staff at Blossom Advanced Beauty found themselves locked inside their shop due to a faulty UPVC door.

We attended, gained entry safely and got to work on the faulty lock. The lock was repaired, getting the door working properly again and giving the staff access to use their door as normal ✅

Another tricky lock issue sorted and another customer back to business! 🔐

We were called out to Driver Hire York after a fire door inside their building became jammed, leaving staff unable to get through.

We attended, gained access and got the door working properly again, getting everything back to normal with minimal fuss. 🔧

We received a late night call from the owner of Burns.ink Tattoos, who was trying to get ahead of herself before a busy day at the studio.

She arrived ready to open up, only to find that the lock had other ideas 🔐😩

She gave us a call and we were more than happy to help. We swiftly attended, gained non-destructive entry, identified the fault and got the door repaired and working again.
