Protecting your roof where you can’t see it! 🌧️🏡

A leaking gutter isn't always just a simple repair—and this job shows why!
Someone had previously bodged this roof by slapping silicone over a broken tile instead of replacing it properly. 🛑 ✋️

We stepped in with a proper, cost-effective repair:
🔨 Replaced the broken tile correctly
✂️ Trimmed back the rotted felt edge and installed rigid eave guards to channel water directly into the gutters without needing an expensive full re-felt
📐 Precision-leveled & installed fresh white uPVC gutters 💪 💪

Quality solutions that protect your property and your pocket.

Don't let cheap bodges cause expensive leaks down the line. Drop Tiger Property Maintenance a DM to get your roofline sorted right! 📩 ✔️ ✅️
