Sunday emergency call out as a regular customer put a screw through their heating pipe when securing the squeaky floor boards

Half the house wasnt heating up and after tracing the pipework I found someone had isolated it.
Serviced boiler and range rated down to 60% which will save them a fair chunk in gas.

Called out today for no heating or hot water and found quite a bad installation where the installer left before fitting the room thermostat, found the condense blocked, unblocked it and away it went. Going back to fit the stat and a few plumbing jobs need doing.
Any issues this winter call Ultimate Heating Solutions on 07706 809459.

Sunday call out to no hot water or demand after a few tests I found the builders plumber had switched the hot and cold pipes so switched them back and cleaned the condense trap as the previous engineer hasnt touched that for years and she's roaring away with hot water.

Gas safety check this morning, condense run in copper and not terminated at all and PRV not kicked back to house. That condense will eat that copper pipe within the year and leak through the ceiling.
Please make sure you use someone who knows the regulations and is gas safe registered.
