A Head Chef opportunity with a difference – working hours between 7.30am and 4.30pm!
We’re looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at The Parlour Restaurant.
The Parlour is a busy, well-established garden centre restaurant, and we’re looking for someone who can bring strong leadership, fresh ideas and a genuine passion for delivering great food and exceptional customer experiences.
We’re particularly keen to find someone who is just as comfortable leading from the front during a busy service as they are developing their team, maintaining high standards and driving the kitchen forward.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong, supportive and hands-on leadership
• A positive, team-focused approach
• Experience managing a busy, high-volume kitchen
• A passion for quality, consistency and presentation
• The ability to inspire, develop and motivate an established team
