✨ TWO LAST-MINUTE SPACES AVAILABLE ✨

Feeling like your home needs a bit of a reset? Maybe there’s a room, cupboard, wardrobe or pile of “I’ll sort that one day” that’s been quietly driving you mad! 😅

I’ve had two spaces become available for September:

📅 Monday 21st September
📅 Thursday 24th September

You can book either a 4-hour half-day session or a 6-hour full-day session, depending on what you’d like to tackle.

Whether you need help with:
🧺 Decluttering a room
👗 A wardrobe clear-out
🍽️ Getting your kitchen back under control
📦 Sorting boxes or storage
🏡 Preparing for a move
✨ Or simply creating some calm and order at home

…I’m here to help.

And remember, you don’t need to tidy up before I arrive! There’s no judgement — just practical, friendly support to help you decide what stays, what goes and how to make your home work better for you.

If you’ve been thinking “I really need to get this sorted”, perhaps this is your sign. 😉

📩 Send me a message to book one of the spaces or arrange a free consultation.

One thing I’ve noticed is that once one cupboard becomes too full, it creates a domino effect throughout the rest of the house.

That overflowing kitchen cupboard means the extra food gets stored on the worktop.

The hallway cupboard is full, so the vacuum cleaner ends up in the dining room.

The wardrobe won’t close, so clothes start piling up on a chair.

Before long, it feels like clutter is everywhere… when really, it all started because there was no space left in one area.

The good news? It often works the other way too.

Creating space in just one cupboard can have a ripple effect throughout your home. Suddenly things have somewhere to live again, surfaces become clearer, and the whole house starts to feel calmer.

Sometimes, one small change really can make a big difference.

✨ Which cupboard in your home do you think is causing the biggest domino effect right now?

One thing I’ve noticed is that the items people worry most about letting go of are often the ones they never think about again.

Before they make the decision, those things can feel really important. “What if I need it one day?” “What if I regret it?”

But once they’ve chosen to let it go, life carries on.

The cupboard closes more easily.
The drawer is less stressful to open.
They can find what they actually use.

And weeks or even months later, when I ask how they’re getting on, those items rarely get a mention.

It’s a reminder that we’re often holding on to the fear of letting go, rather than the item itself.

What have you let go of that you thought you’d miss… but never actually did?

One thing I’ve noticed is that… people often ask if they need to tidy before I arrive, and apologise because they think their home isn’t “good enough.”

Please don’t.

If your home was already organised, you probably wouldn’t need my help in the first place.

I’ve seen all kinds of homes, and I promise I’m not there to judge. I’m there to support you, encourage you, and help you create a home that works for you.

There is no such thing as being “too messy” for me.

So if you’re worrying about what I’ll think when I walk through your front door, take that off your list. Save your energy for the exciting part—creating calm from the chaos together.

Have you ever put off asking for help because you felt embarrassed? ❤️

One thing I’ve noticed is that people often buy storage before they’ve decided what they’re actually keeping.

It’s so tempting, isn’t it?

A trip to the home organisation aisle, a few lovely baskets, matching boxes, drawer dividers… it feels like you’re making progress.

But here’s the thing…

Storage doesn’t solve clutter.

If you haven’t decided what you actually need, love or use, you’re often just buying bigger or prettier places to store things you don’t really want.

The best order is;

✨ Declutter first.
✨ Organise what you’ve chosen to keep.
✨ Then buy storage that fits your space and your belongings.

That way, every basket, box or container has a purpose, rather than becoming another thing to store.

Sometimes, after decluttering, you might even discover you don’t need to buy any storage at all!

Have you ever bought storage before decluttering? I’d love to know if it worked out or if you ended up doing things the other way round in the end. 😊

From cluttered catch-all to organised and functional 🧰✨

Sheds and workshops are often the forgotten spaces when it comes to decluttering and organising… but they can quickly become overwhelming! 🧰🪛🪚

I recently helped a client transform their shed/workshop from a space full of “I might need this one day” items into an organised, functional area where everything has a home again.

These spaces tend to collect:

🔹 Old tools and DIY leftovers
🔹 Empty pots, paint tins and cables
🔹 Gardening equipment
🔹 Boxes of “miscellaneous” items
🔹 Things moved out of the house “just for now”

With summer here, now is the perfect time to tackle sheds, garages and workshops so they’re easier to use and maintain.

A few simple changes can make a huge difference:

✔️ Grouping similar items together
✔️ Creating zones for tools, gardening and storage
✔️ Using shelves, hooks and clear containers
✔️ Letting go of broken, duplicate or unused items

An organised shed doesn’t just look better — it saves time, reduces frustration and makes those outdoor jobs much easier ☀️

A little throwback to a project from this time last year ✨

This room had gradually become a storage space for all the things that didn’t quite have a home… but with some decluttering, organising and a fresh perspective, we transformed it into a calm, functional home office 💻

Creating an organised workspace can make such a difference — whether you work from home full time, run a business, or just need somewhere to manage life admin without feeling overwhelmed.

Sometimes the space you need is already there… it just needs uncovering beneath the clutter 💛

If you’ve got a room that’s no longer working for you, I’d love to help you reimagine it.

Mental Health Awareness Week feels like the perfect time to talk about something I see so often in my work…

Clutter and mental load are deeply connected. 💛

A cluttered home doesn’t mean someone is lazy or messy. More often, it reflects how overwhelmed, exhausted or stretched they’ve been.

When life gets busy, stressful or emotionally heavy, things start to pile up:

📦 paperwork
🧺 laundry
🛍 bags of “I’ll sort that later”
🧸 things without a home

And the harder it feels, the more guilt and overwhelm can build.

I work with so many women who tell me:
“I don’t even know where to start.”

That’s where support can make such a difference.

Decluttering isn’t about having a perfect home. It’s about creating calmer spaces that help you breathe a little easier, think more clearly and feel more in control of your day-to-day life.

Even small changes can have a huge impact on mental wellbeing. ✨

If your home has been feeling overwhelming lately, you are absolutely not alone.

Giving yourself permission to ask for help is a strength, not a failure. 💛

Books, CDs and DVDs can quietly take over our homes without us even noticing 📚💿📀

Many of us are now streaming music, films and TV programmes, reading on Kindles or e-readers, and listening to audiobooks or podcasts instead. Yet we’re still holding onto shelves full of things we no longer use.

Decluttering these items can instantly create more space, reduce dust and make a room feel calmer and lighter ✨

That doesn’t mean getting rid of everything you love. Favourite books, special editions and sentimental collections absolutely deserve a place in your home if they still bring you joy. But if you’ve got piles of DVDs you haven’t watched in 10 years, CDs you no longer have a player for, or books you know you’ll never read again, it might be time to let them go.

Donating items to charity shops, schools, community groups or resale apps can give them a second life with someone who will genuinely enjoy them ❤️

Less clutter = less overwhelm, easier cleaning and more room for the things that truly matter.

If you’re struggling to know where to start with decluttering your home, I’d love to help 😊
