Had a busy and fantastic weekend with my boys! ❤️🥰

Started off with some mixed martial arts at 12 Gauge MMA 🥊, followed by a trip to run of the mill play centre and finishing off with a swim at Romiley Baths 🏊‍♂️.

We also spent time building Lego swords ⚔️, carving pumpkins ready for Halloween 🎃, chilling out and watching films together. Plenty of laughs and quality time together. ❤️

Wouldn’t change weekends like these for the world. I love My boys, they are my world and my reason to keep going. ❤️👊

Do you remember the video we shared the other day of the downstairs hallway in Heaton Moor? 🏡 Well, that was actually part of a much larger decorating job!

As well as the hallway, we were busy painting and decorating the stairs, landing and a lovely loft conversion. There was plenty of preparation involved before we could get on with the painting, particularly in the loft with its newly plastered walls, sloping ceilings and exposed wooden beams.

We've put together a few photographs to give you a better idea of the scale of the project, from the early stages right through to the finished rooms. We're really pleased with how everything has come together, especially the loft where the freshly decorated walls look fantastic alongside those beautiful wooden beams.

A fresh new look for this property in Heaton Moor!

This decorating project involved refreshing the rooms throughout, along with a small ceiling repair in the utility room and finishing off some doors.

Egyptian Cotton was chosen for the walls and doors, with fresh white ceilings and white satin on the remaining woodwork.

Sometimes a fresh coat of paint is all that's needed to give a home a new lease of life.

Following extensive fire damage at this property in Heaton Chapel, the house needed a major restoration, with the interior stripped out and started again.

As part of the insurance work, we carried out fresh plastering throughout the property, followed by the painting and decorating. The ceilings were finished in white, the walls in Benjamin Moore Linen White and the woodwork in white satin.

The photographs show the progress of the work and the finished results across several rooms, including the kitchen and bathroom. It's great to see how the property has come together after such extensive damage.
