PROJECT UPDATE – Chester Road 🏡

Week 2 on our Chester Road project and good progress made across the property.

This stage included completing all plastering works. Prior to this, we removed the dado rails throughout the hallway, stairs, landing and dining room, installed coving, stripped out panelling, removed and capped off lighting, and boarded within the dining‑room fireplace to add new sockets.

Both rooms were then fully skimmed, ready for the next phase of preparation and decoration.

Week 1 on our Chester Road project. We completed the strip‑out phase removing the wallpaper across the hallway, stairs, landing and dining room.

PROJECT COMPLETE – Interior refresh Wynyard 🏡

We recently completed a full refresh across the hallway, stairs, landing, office and bedroom.

Light preparation throughout, including sanding, filling and caulking, followed by two coats of emulsion to complement the feature wallpaper.
All woodwork was finished to a high standard — 11 doors and frames, skirting boards, window sills, banister and spindles — completed in white satin for a clean, modern result.

Bathroom repair & re‑seal completed - We carried out a full bath and shower‑screen re‑seal, adding trims to protect the area and ensure a long‑lasting finish.

The previous seal had failed, causing damage to the wall section — which we repaired and restored as part of the job.
