📍 Horsington - Rear Extension with Oak framed glass roof, wrap around patio and paths

We’re now completing the final extension at this incredible property in Horsington.

This project has been delivered across five phases, covering everything from internal works to the external improvements. The final extension is taking shape to the rear of the property, with an oak frame and glazed porch roof, plus large openings designed to make the most of the stunning garden views.

Significant structural steelwork has been installed throughout the project, including steels to the dormers.

The final phase for our regular clients will be a large wraparound patio with feature steps leading through to the front drive. We’re looking forward to bringing it all together.

🏡 North Curry Project Update 🏡

This incredible project is really starting to come together now, and we can’t wait to reveal the finished transformation. Mist coat and kitchen fit to be completed in the next 2 weeks! 👀

What started as a dated bungalow is being completely reimagined with two extensions and a full internal renovation, creating a modern, spacious, and energy-efficient home that has been carefully designed to be accessible and disabled friendly for the homeowners.

The project includes:
✅ Two substantial extensions with vaulted ceilings and underfloor heating
✅ Complete bungalow renovation
✅ Full rewire and plumbing along with new boiler and plant room
✅ Mechanical Heat Recovery Ventilation (MVHR) system
✅ Open-plan living with stunning roof lanterns
