🎓 A BIG DAY FOR OUR APPRENTICE! 👏

Today marks an exciting new chapter for Liam as he starts at Newcastle College, working towards his NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating! 🎨🖌️

Since joining Team AGP, Liam has shown a fantastic work ethic, plenty of enthusiasm and a real willingness to learn. He’s settled into the team brilliantly, and it’s great to see him taking the next step in developing his skills and building a career in the industry.

As a business, we’re passionate about supporting the next generation of decorators, helping young people gain the skills, knowledge and confidence to succeed. 💪

We’re super proud of how far Liam has come already, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for him!

Good luck, Liam! Keep grafting, keep learning, and keep making us proud. 🙌

🏗️ WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY | 10 OCTOBER 💚

MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS ON SITE. NOT JUST OFF SITE.

Construction is about building strong foundations, but we need to make sure we’re looking after the people who build them. 👷‍♂️👷‍♀️

Long hours, tight deadlines, physical demands, financial pressures and working away from home can all take their toll on mental health.

Behind every hard hat is a human being. Someone with worries, pressures, responsibilities and feelings.

💚 Let’s break the stigma.
💬 Let’s start the conversation.
🤝 Let’s look out for one another.

Checking in with a colleague, taking the time to listen, or simply asking “Are you really okay?” could make more of a difference than you realise.

You don’t have to have all the answers. Sometimes, just being there is enough.

In construction, we look after our tools, our equipment and our safety. Let’s make looking after our mental health just as important.

Remember:
🔹 It’s okay not to be okay.
🔹 Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
🔹 No deadline, job or project is more important than a person’s life.

Look after each other- Speak up….Break the silence.

Because the most important thing we build is a team that looks out for one another. 💚

Completed Local Gym Project

01/10/2026

We’ve loved being part of this local project! 💙

Our team recently completed the decoration refurbishment of a large local gym, part of a leading national chain.

It wasn’t an easy task. We took on the works at short notice, working to tight deadlines and alongside multiple other trades — all working towards the same goal of delivering a fantastic end result.

This project required a huge amount of skill and attention to detail, with a wide range of colours, intricate patterns and precise diaganol lines throughout.

The team carefully mapped out various wall alignments to achieve the multi-coloured finish, with every detail requiring accuracy and a high level of craftsmanship.

The results really do speak for themselves.

Well done, Team AGP — another project completed to a brilliant standard! 👊🏻👏💙

👏 Another qualification in the bag!

A huge well done to our brilliant apprentice, Liam, on successfully passing his CITB test and gaining his CSCS card. 🦺

Gaining a CSCS card is a crucial step in an apprentice’s progression, helping provide access to a wider range of construction sites and opportunities across the industry.

Fantastic achievement, Liam — keep up the great work! 💪👏

Enormously proud of this prestigious project 🤩

A stunning £2.2 million luxury home, completed to an exceptional specification and located in the beautiful surroundings of Wynyard.

From the initial mist coating throughout the property, through to applying the perfect finishes across every wall and room, our team have worked tirelessly to deliver a finish that complements this incredible new-build home.

Now newly released and ready for its new owners, this multi-million-pound property looks absolutely sensational! 🏡✨

A huge well done to Team AGP for another fantastic job 👏

We’re looking forward to seeing the next properties come to life! 👌

After months of working on large commercial projects around the country, it was lovely to spend this weekend back on the domestic side of things, redecorating private properties and introducing some beautiful, warm new colours ready for the arrival of Autumn 🍂🎨

And to make the weekend even better… our private clients had the best little helper on site! 🐾

Meet Cooper — our newest furry apprentice! 🐶
He may not have been much use with the paintbrush, but he certainly kept the team company and made the days even better! 😂❤️

Another busy weekend completed, another happy client, and a new four-legged member of the AGP team! 👏
