A little throwback today to the floral marquee at Southport flower show.
Although we exhibited at plant fairs throughout the North West, it was always my dream to make a garden in a floral marquee.
Although the build up to the show, nurturing the plants, design, planning & lots of stamina for creating the garden in the marquee was challenging at times, I loved every minute of the experience.
I was very grateful of the opportunity.
We were awarded a Silver Gilt medal, just one point short of a gold, but I was over the moon with the medal for a first attempt at building a display. Happy days.
