Fresh white silicone render finish ⚡️

This one took a fair bit of preparation to get right. The existing surface was extremely uneven, so we started with a full sand and cement base coat to bring everything back to a more uniform level.

Once the surface was levelled out, a full scrim coat was applied to reinforce the system and provide a solid, stable base — all prepared and ready for the silicone top coat.

The end result is a crisp, clean white finish that really shows the work that went in underneath. 👌

Another silicone render job complete ✅

This one involved plenty of hacking off and dubbing out to get the walls back to a solid even base before applying the new system.

The customer decided to go for something a little different with the colour too — opting for a subtle off-white finish ✨

A fresh, clean finish that has completely transformed the property. Another job done and another happy customer! 💪🏼

It is Surprising what a new system can do to your home not only does it benefit your homes it also brings it back to life and looking outstanding 📈

Next project underway❗️

We’re taking this property head to toe — fully insulating and boarding throughout to get it ready for the next stage of works. Once that’s complete, we’ll be moving straight on to plastering to bring everything together.

Upstairs plastering is now complete! 🙌

This one has been a really hard graft, with a huge amount of time, patience and attention to detail going into getting everything just right. From the larger areas to the smaller, more intricate sections, every part has been carefully worked to achieve those smooth, clean finishes.
