An enthusiastic home cook Started my slimming world journey July 2019 hit my target January 2020 of loosing 5 stone, have maintained it since.
I love to take recipes from the great TV chefs and adapt them to my eating regime. What you see on these page is what I eat, (I even eat some of the cakes I cook for other people in moderation). It worked for me and I hope it helps you. I have now maintained my weight goal for the last 12 months.
