Important Notice

We sincerely apologise if you’ve been trying to reach us through Checkatrade.

Unfortunately, we’ve been unable to reduce or pause the volume of leads coming in via their platform, as Checkatrade has declined our request to downgrade our membership until October. The only option they’ve offered is a temporary 2-week pause, which isn’t a long-term solution and would simply restart the issue again.

As a result, we’re currently locked into a service that no longer fits our needs — especially as we now mainly serve repeat customers and have a full workload. This has led to an overwhelming number of messages that we just can't keep up with, and we’re genuinely sorry if it’s seemed like we’re being unresponsive or ignoring enquiries.

We really value your interest and understanding, and hope to have this resolved as soon as Checkatrade allows.
