Make an impact

A mural changes how a room feels. It draws you in and gives the space a character of its own. Ours murals are painted by hand in our Cornwall studio, tile by tile, and tailored entirely to you: the scene, the palette and the space.

For a bespoke mural, message us or follow the link in our bio.

A single handcrafted feature completes an interior.

Every commission is made with the same dedication to craftsmanship and detail, from the first idea to the finished tile. Safran Corners, hand painted in Cornwall and made to order.

There’s a moment in September when the light changes first, before anything else does. The grasses turn from green to gold.

Our new Grasslands collection is inspired by these quiet, overlooked landscapes, meadows, verges, wild corners. Hand painted in calming tonal blues, capturing that stillness long after the season has moved on.

A little piece of the outside world, brought home.

Introducing Grasslands. Now live.

Sunshine, salt water, and seaweed

Our hand-painted Seaweed Garden tiles capture the colours of the British coast, greens, pinks, and Delft blues.

Art is slow. Art is patient. Art is all consuming.

Each stroke of the brush is a deliberate movement, meticulously choreographed in the mind long before it meets the surface of the tile. Significant time and care goes into every design, from the initial process and practice to the final colour choice and brush to tile. Every fine detail has a vast background of history.

Watch as the humming bird tile takes shape.

The founder of Decorum, the driving force behind it all, from unloading the kilns, packing the orders, and leading the team through each day.

For more than 30 years, Ray has given so much to this business. His care, commitment and constant presence shape Decorum in ways both big and small, and that quiet dedication is part of what makes this place so special.

We’re very proud to celebrate him - an incredible man, and the heart of so much that happens here.

We’re delighted to see our hand-painted Cornish Delft Corner tiles featured on the front cover of the latest magazine Kitchen & Bathrooms Special Edition.

Designed to bring a little character to plain ceramic tiles, each corner motif is painted by hand in our Cornwall studio, creating beautifully understated walls that feel both classic and fresh.
We loved seeing them used here by to create a subtle, timeless backdrop full of charm and detail for beautiful home, created from scratch in Oxfordshire in 2021 by Denny and Koo Akers.

Spring doesn’t last forever, and somehow that’s exactly why it’s so beautiful. Capturing its quiet moments, one brushstroke at a time. Our hand-painted Delft blue tulip tile is part of our Flora collection, a quiet nod to the season, to keep that feeling close even as the blooms begin to fade.

If you could add one flower to our Flora Delft collection, what would it be? 👇
