We've now got enough for over 1,000 selection boxes – you're all amazing ❤️❤️

We need another 900 to hit our target, so please donate whatever you can. Every £1.75 buys one selection box! 🍫 🎄

Please can everybody share 🙏

🎄❤️ HELP US BRING CHRISTMAS MAGIC TO TŶ HAFAN! ❤️🎄

This Christmas, Be Kind Cleaning Services is incredibly proud to be supporting Tŷ Hafan Children’s Hospice, helping to make the festive season a little more magical for the children and families they care for.

For those who may not know, Tŷ Hafan is a children’s hospice providing specialist care, comfort and support to children with life-shortening conditions and their families across Wales.

Tŷ Hafan is right on the doorstep of our Be Kind community. It’s part of the community that so many of our customers call home, and we believe supporting such an incredible local charity is something we can all get behind.

🎅 OUR TARGET: 1,900+ SELECTION BOXES! 🍫

We’re hoping to raise enough money to purchase more than 1,900 Cadbury Chocolate Santa Selection Boxes.

Every single selection box purchased will be gifted to a child attending Tŷ Hafan’s Christmas Grotto this year, so that every child visiting Santa can take home a little Christmas treat!

Each selection box costs just £1.75.

* £1.75 buys one selection box.
* £17.50 buys 10 selection boxes.
* £175 buys 100 selection boxes.
* £1,000 buys approximately 571 selection boxes.

BUT WHY STOP THERE?

If, by some Christmas miracle, we manage to surpass our selection box target, every additional penny raised will go towards purchasing items from Tŷ Hafan’s Christmas Wish List, helping to provide special presents for the children and families supported by the hospice.

❤️ HOW CAN YOU HELP?

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will make a difference. Whether it’s £1.75 for a selection box or a larger contribution towards the Christmas wish list, every penny will help us get closer to our goal.

All donations need to be received by Monday 23rd November so we can organise everything in time for Christmas.

We know how incredible our community can be, and we’re hoping we can pull something really special together.

1,900 selection boxes is our target. Let’s see if we can smash it!

Let’s spread a little kindness this Christmas. 🎄❤️

Thank you for your support.

From everyone at Be Kind Cleaning Services.

🎄 OUR CHRISTMAS LIGHT ORDER BOOK IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED! 🎄

We’ve had an absolutely incredible response this year, and we’re now temporarily closing our order book until we’ve completed around 50% of our current installations.

This will give us the breathing room we need to make sure we have enough time to get everyone’s lights installed before Christmas, without compromising on the service we pride ourselves on.

For those of you who have WhatsApped me and haven’t received a response, don’t panic! I’ll be working through the remaining messages tomorrow. We’ll get you guys booked in, so please bear with me.

My eyes have officially gone square. I can’t look at my phone any longer! 😂📱

A massive thank you to everyone who has supported us. We genuinely appreciate it.

Now, onto our next big project… ❤️

We’re really excited to be speaking with Ty Hafan about how we can help make Christmas that little bit more special for the children and families they support. 💡 🍫 🧸

For anyone who doesn’t know, Ty Hafan is a Welsh children’s hospice supporting children with life-shortening conditions and their families. They provide specialist care, respite, emotional support and end-of-life care, helping families make the most of every precious moment together.

There’s also a personal reason why this means so much to us. Ty Hafan has been absolutely amazing to my partner’s family in the past, and they’ve experienced first-hand the difference the hospice makes to families when they need it most.

They’ve been there for them, and now we feel it’s time to give something back. ❤️

At Be Kind, we want to be more than just a nice name. As the business has grown, we’ve reached a position where we’re fortunate enough to be able to give a little something back. We genuinely feel that if you’re in a position to help others, then you should.

We want to make a difference in our community, and this Christmas we’d love to do something that puts a few smiles on faces and makes a difference to families who deserve a little extra magic.

We’ll share more about our plans with Ty Hafan as things take shape.

Let’s make a little Christmas magic happen. ❤️🎅

Thank you all, as always, for being part of Be Kind.

✨ TODAY’S JOB WAS A LITTLE DIFFERENT! ✨

Today marked our team’s very first installation of permanent lighting, and what a way to get started!

These three stunning properties, tucked away in a leafy suburb of Cardiff, can now be seen far and wide, beautifully illuminated with permanent lighting. 🎄💡

We took our time with this one, making sure every detail was right. We’re now running ever so slightly behind schedule as a result, but looking at the finished product, we’d say it was well worth it!

We’re delighted to have added permanent lighting to our bow and, following today’s success, we’re already looking at offering this as an additional service moving forward into 2027.

A huge well done to the team. Absolutely fantastic work and some amazing results! 👏

🎅 A QUICK CHRISTMAS UPDATE

We’ll be closing our Christmas lighting order book after this evening until we’ve completed at least 50% of our current installations.

We’ve had a fantastic response this year and want to make sure we’re delivering the standard of service and finish that our customers expect from us.

If you’ve been thinking about booking, tonight is your last opportunity to get your enquiry in before we temporarily pause new orders.

Thank you for keeping us so busy! ❤️

It’s happening 😁😁😁😁😁

30/10/2026

November 1st is far too early! 😂

We’ve only just got Halloween out of the way, the pumpkins have barely made it into the bin and people are already talking about Christmas decorations! Have a word! 🤣

We appreciate everyone has their own opinion on when the Christmas season should begin, but surely November 1st is pushing it a little?

The truth is, I can’t get the boys to work a Sunday, which is why we’re starting our Christmas installations on Monday 2nd November! 🎄

First stop is Fairwater! 🎅🏻

We’re super excited for this year’s Christmas light season and can’t wait to get started! ✨

🎉 1,000 DAYS OF BE KIND CLEANING SERVICES 🎉

Today marks 1,000 days since the start of Be Kind Cleaning Services, and what a journey it’s been!

What started as a small business with a big ambition has grown into something we’re incredibly proud of. Along the way, we’ve welcomed thousands of cleans, built a fantastic customer base and worked hard to become one of Cardiff’s most trusted window cleaning services.

It hasn’t always been easy, but every challenge, every new customer and every recommendation has helped us get to where we are today.

Most importantly, we wouldn’t be here without you. ❤️

To every customer who has booked us, recommended us to a friend, left us a review or supported us along the way — thank you. Choosing a local business makes a real difference, and we never take that support for granted.

We’re incredibly proud of how far Be Kind has come in just 1,000 days, and we’re even more excited about what comes next.

Here’s to the next chapter! 🥂

Thank you for being part of our journey.

Matthew
