Tettenhall Project 🏡

A major transformation completed over the last year in Tettenhall.

This project involved extensive extensions, a complete reconfiguration of the existing property and a full refurbishment throughout — transforming the original home into a significantly larger, modern family property.

From the initial groundworks and structural alterations through to the new extensions, roofing, internal works and finishing stages, our team has been involved throughout the build.

Timber Framed Extension Taking Shape in Sedgley 🏡🔨

Great progress on our latest project in Sedgley.

We designed this timber-framed extension to be constructed over an existing converted garage, allowing the client’s existing garage conversion to remain completely unaffected throughout the build.

The timber frame is now taking shape and it’s great to see the design coming to life. Another bespoke solution from Tettenhall Building Company, making the most of the existing property while creating valuable additional living space.

Great progress continues at our Albrighton project, with several key stages now completed and the property really beginning to take shape.
✅ Concrete floor installed
✅ Residence 9 window installation underway
✅ Upstairs plastering commenced
✅ First-fix electrics and plumbing completed
