Good design is often about what you don’t notice ~

An air conditioning unit doesn’t have to interrupt the architecture or become a visual distraction. Here, the unit is concealed within bespoke cabinetry, allowing it to function without compromising on the design language.

Thoughtful placement, considered detailing and seamless integration help the practical elements of a home to sit quietly.

Light and texture ~ a symbiotic relationship

Light reveals the depth, movement and materiality of a surface, while texture gives light something to respond to by absorbing, reflecting and refracting.

Here, a bespoke staircase finished in polished Venetian plaster becomes a sculptural surface for light, its subtle patterns shifting throughout the day. Suspended alongside it, a customised chandelier echoes the vertical rhythm of the stair, creating an interplay of illumination, reflection and form.

A considered relationship between material, light and movement - where each element gives the other space to be seen.
