Absolutely buzzing with this! 🏆❤️

So proud of Jade for winning Women’s Director of the Year! Thanks to Laura and Jessy for collecting it on her behalf and getting the Sub-Zero name out there with a great day of networking 👏

Running a business takes a lot out of you sometimes. There’s a lot of responsibility on your shoulders, and the worries don’t just switch off when you go home. Some days you do wonder what all the stress and hard work is actually for.

Then something like this happens and gives you a chance to stop, take it all in and feel proud.

Proud of Jade, proud of the whole team and grateful to everyone who supports us. Enjoy this one, Jade — you deserve it! 💙

What a whirlwind the last few years have been.

From being out on my own as a one-man band to seeing our team representing Sub-Zero today, shortlisted for several awards, it makes me stop and appreciate how far we’ve come.

There’s been a lot of hard work, sleepless nights and lessons along the way. Running a business isn’t easy, and I certainly haven’t got everything right, but I’m proud of what we’re building and the people who are part of it.

A huge thank you to Jade, our team and every customer who has supported us along the way. I couldn’t have done it on my own.

Whatever happens today, enjoy it, team—you deserve it. 💙🏆

Sometimes you come across a “temporary repair” that should never have happened… and then there’s this beautiful little quick fix. 😳

A dustpan Sellotaped to a leaking air conditioning unit, directing the water into a bucket above a 415V electrical panel. 🤦‍♂️

We weren’t even there for this—it was something we spotted while attending another callout.

But apparently, “it’s fine”… 😳

We’re focusing on building our regional work across South Wales and into the South West, particularly within around two hours of Cardiff.

If you look after refrigeration or air conditioning for your business, or arrange maintenance across several sites, we’d love to have a chat.

We carry out servicing, repairs and installations, with a 24/7 breakdown service for when things go wrong.

We’re keen to build long-term relationships with businesses needing regular maintenance, as well as facilities management companies looking for a dependable team to support their sites.

Perhaps your current contract is coming up for renewal, you’ve got a project planned, or you need some extra support — feel free to get in touch.

If someone in your network might be worth us speaking to, an introduction or a share would mean a lot.

Drop us a message here or email [email protected].

Thanks,
The Sub-Zero team
