🍂 Autumn is the time of year when we especially appreciate bringing more natural light and views into our homes.

✅ MB-86N Aluprof aluminium windows and doors are designed for contemporary living spaces where natural light, panoramic views and comfort come together.

High thermal insulation and airtightness, combined with the option of using advanced glazing, help maintain warmth, quiet and comfort indoors as the colder season begins. Large glazed areas fill the interior with daylight and open it up to the surrounding landscape, allowing us to experience the changing seasons from the comfort of home🏠

It is a solution for architecture where aesthetics go hand in hand with everyday comfort, energy efficiency and a strong connection to the surrounding environment.

People spend around 80–90% of their lives indoors, making access to natural light increasingly important. Daylight supports our natural circadian rhythm, contributes to our well-being and makes interiors feel brighter and more open.

That is why large-scale glazing matters.

✅ Aluprof MB-SR50N EFEKT — a semi-structural facade for contemporary architecture

MB-SR50N EFEKT creates the effect of a continuous glass surface, with the structural elements kept to a minimum visually. The system’s special glazing fixing method creates a smooth exterior surface with slim vertical and horizontal lines just 20 mm wide.

🏢The system is designed for transparent facades, roofs and skylights, while a wide range of profiles and glazing options allows for a variety of architectural forms. MB-SR50N EFEKT can also accommodate large and heavy glazing units, including double- and triple-glazed units and laminated glass.

Advantages of the system:
🔸 a smooth, uniform appearance of the glass facade
🔸 slim 20 mm lines between glass panels
🔸 suitable for large-format and heavy glazing
🔸 flexibility in creating different facade geometries
🔸 integration of windows and doors into the facade structure
🔸 curved structures can be created by bending profiles

✅ MB-HARMONY OFFICE Aluprof — transparency and acoustic comfort for modern office interiors.

The Aluprof system is designed for internal glazed partitions, allowing spaces to be effectively divided while maintaining a sense of openness and visual lightness. Minimalist aluminium profiles, just 31 mm high, emphasise the clean geometry of the glazing.

The system is available in two versions: MB-HARMONY with single glazing and MB-HARMONY DUO with double glazing for spaces with higher acoustic requirements. Maximum sound insulation reaches Rw 39 dB and Rw 48 dB respectively❗️

The well-engineered design simplifies fabrication and installation, while the compatibility of both versions allows them to be combined within a single project, maintaining a consistent architectural language.

METRA brings 9 plants in Italy, the USA and Canada, around 1,400 employees and ~145,000 tonnes a year of extrusion capacity — with its own foundry, anodizing, painting, machining and welding lines under one roof.

Once closed, Grupa Kęty's own production base reaches roughly 270,000 tonnes a year and around 30 presses across two continents. In Europe, only a handful of companies in our industry own production power on that scale.

What this means for the Caucasus

🔹 Shorter logistics. Italy sits far closer to our region than southern Poland. A second European hub in the Mediterranean shortens the route to Poti and Batumi, and onward to Baku and Yerevan.

🔹 Stable lead times in peak season. More presses mean orders can be allocated across plants — exactly when the building season is busiest and delays cost the most.

🔹 Bigger and more complex profiles. METRA's main press is being upgraded to 75 MN, running extrusions up to 70 kg/m with CNC centres up to 30 m. That is the territory of high-rise projects in Tbilisi, Batumi and Baku — large modular facades and structural aluminium.

🔹 Finishes without the wait. In-house anodizing and coating capacity makes anodized facades and non-standard colours — usually the bottleneck in our region — far more predictable.

🔹 New segments. METRA Rail and METRA Industry open doors beyond construction: transport, infrastructure, industry.

🔹 A stronger argument with developers. When an investor asks about supply chain transparency, EPDs and verified recycled content, owning the foundry and the presses is a fact, not a marketing line.

Grupa Kęty's 2025–2029 Strategy set the ambition to become one of Europe's leading aluminium processors. For our region it means one thing: stronger production, shorter lead times and more technical freedom behind every ALUPROF project.

⭐️Five-star views, framed by Aluprof

Right in the historic heart of Tbilisi — steps from Freedom Square, overlooking the Mtkvari river and the Presidential Palace — stands the 🏢Ambassadori Tbilisi Hotel, one of the capital's most recognizable five-star addresses and a fixture of the city's tourism and nightlife scene since its expansion in the 2010s.

Its striking glazed volumes and elegant façade — combining historic charm with contemporary glass architecture — were realized using Aluprof aluminium systems, fabricated and installed by our partner LGG

✅ Projects like Ambassadori are a great example of why architects and developers across the Caucasus keep choosing Aluprof: our systems don't just meet technical performance requirements — thermal efficiency, durability, weather resistance — they help bring ambitious architectural visions to life in some of the most demanding, high-profile locations in the region.

Proud to see Aluprof solutions standing at the center of Tbilisi, and grateful to LGG / ელ-ჯი-ჯი for their craftsmanship in bringing this project together 🤝
