KIMISOO LAB is set to redefine the shopping experience with a full-scale multibrand concept store, seamlessly catering to both B2B and B2C audiences. Designed as an immersive space where craftsmanship meets innovation, the LAB will showcase premium brands across sleep, home, and lifestyle essentials. More than just a store, it’s an interactive journey—where thoughtfully curated products, hands-on workshops, and exclusive collaborations with designers and artisans come to life. Main Duties
Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers in-store
Identifying sales opportunities to introduce complimentary products
Maintaining the retail space to agreed standards, including stock replenishment, labelling, and cleaning
Merchandising of products and mood boards
Producing and presenting design proposals to clients, including detailed floor plans and all proposed items
Acting as a project manager for the client throughout the consultation and design stage through to ordering and installation of a project
Manage the customer experience as part of the KIMISOO LAB strategy.
Maximise contribution by achieving budget sales and controlling costs.
Hosting and organising Workshops and Art Residencies in-store
Learning on Touristic Management practices and Hotel Experience
Manage store costs without jeopardising stores objectives.
Manage the content and frequency of staff training to develop and motivate in order to achieve highest possible levels of customer service and performance.
Manage the store presentation including cleanliness, visual display and merchandising to be reflective of the brand.
Provide feedback and information on product performance and development
Key Requirements
Excellent English and Greek communication skills (written and spoken)
Previous experience in a retail and design/architectural environment
Creative and imaginative
Hardworking with a hands-on approach and well-organized
Motivated, well-spoken with strong communication skills
Passion for providing excellent customer service and building long-lasting customer relationships
Confidence in selling, ability to cross-sell, and be target-driven/able to meet sales goals
Good level of technical knowledge, including Vectorworks and Adobe Creative Suite
Business, finance, and marketing skills are desirable
A keen interest and enthusiasm for home & hotel interiors
High aesthetic taste level and intuitive understanding of our brand
