Are we witnessing the death of the annual airfreight contract?
In the latest episode of The Loadstar’s News in Brief, NAP CEO and Founder Christos Spyrou joins Charlotte Goldstone to discuss how dynamic pricing is rapidly changing the air cargo market and why the consequences extend far beyond rates.

From the growing difficulty of budgeting and maintaining long-term agreements to increasingly complex digital booking processes, freight forwarders are being asked to manage daily fluctuations while still providing certainty to their customers.

Christos also explains why airlines are paying closer attention to independent and freight forwarders: they offer greater customer diversity, specialist cargo expertise, and access to higher-yield sectors, including time-critical, aerospace, automotive, pharma, perishables, and live animals.

And amid the industry’s accelerating digital transformation, one message remains clear: Air cargo is still a people’s business.

Thank you, Charlotte!
