古典優雅，自然鬆弛。

在竹林苑74號，深綠色調、天然石材與溫潤木材交織出獨特的空間氣質，帶有古典細節的玻璃酒櫃，為家增添了一份優雅與從容。電影感的光影賦予空間微妙的戲劇性，卻沒有距離感，反而讓整個家顯得自在、溫暖，又充滿當代氣息。

一點古典韻味，一點藝術個性，更多的是讓生活自然發生的鬆弛感。

Classical Elegance, Effortless Living

At Bamboo Grove 74, deep greens, natural stone, warm timber, and a glass-fronted bar cabinet with classical details give the home a character of its own. Cinematic light and shadow add a sense of quiet drama, while the overall atmosphere remains warm, unhurried, and effortlessly contemporary.

A home with a little classical charm, a little artistic spirit, and plenty of room for life to unfold.

【室內設計Before & After】肇輝臺 Chantilly｜香港半山區 Hong Kong Mid-Levels｜峻佳設計 Karv One Design #室內設計 #家居設計

這是一個改造型的住宅項目，住宅原有的落地窗之間分佈著不同尺寸的結構柱，打斷了景觀的連續性和節奏。設計師順著結構關係做了一組連續的拱形構造，將不同尺度的柱體重新組織起來，為空間帶來了一種柔和的秩序和古典鬆弛感。

拱形構架如同建築畫框，將香港不同角度的景觀優雅的框定起來，空間甚至不需要掛任何畫作，因為窗外就是最好的畫。
This is a renovation project in which the original floor-to-ceiling windows were interrupted by structural columns of varying sizes, disrupting the continuity and rhythm of the views. Working with the existing structural framework, the designer introduced a series of continuous arches to bring the columns together, creating a softer sense of order and an effortless classical elegance.
Like architectural picture frames, the arches elegantly frame Hong Kong’s cityscape from different angles. The space needs no paintings on its walls; the views beyond the windows are the finest works of art.

峻佳設計在香港肇輝臺為外籍家庭打造的這套住宅，將古典優雅與鬆弛舒適融入當代生活。空間克制而細膩，讓生活、收藏與審美在其中自然展開，形成一處安靜而有身份感的私人居所。

客廳是一個大橫廳，打開門一個全景視野的空間在眼前展現，好像一幅畫，設計師希望在室內空間與窗外景觀之間，創造出互動的驚喜感。

拱形構架如同建築畫框，將香港不同角度的景觀優雅的框定起來，空間甚至不需要掛任何畫作，因為窗外就是最好的畫。

Karv One Design has created this residence at Chantilly, Hong Kong, for an international family, bringing classical elegance and relaxed comfort into contemporary living. Refined yet understated, the home allows living, collecting, and personal taste to unfold naturally, creating a private retreat with a distinct sense of identity.
The living room features a wide, open-plan layout. As you enter, a panoramic view unfolds before you like a painting. The designer sought to create moments of surprise and interaction between the interior and the landscape beyond.
Arched structures act as architectural frames, elegantly capturing Hong Kong’s scenery from different perspectives. There is almost no need for artwork on the walls, because the view beyond the windows is the finest art of all.

燈光隨著一天的節奏變化，柔和的光線勾勒空間層次，也讓家的氛圍在不同時刻呈現出不同的情緒。
好的燈光設計，照亮空間，也照顧居住者的感受。在愛都大廈私宅，從清晨的明亮，到夜晚的溫暖，每一處光線都經過細緻考量，讓舒適自然地融入生活。

As the day unfolds, light shifts with its rhythm. Soft illumination defines the layers of a space, allowing the atmosphere of a home to express a different mood at every moment.
Good lighting design does more than illuminate a space; it considers how we feel within it. At this private residence at Estoril Court, every detail of the lighting has been thoughtfully considered, from the clarity of early morning to the warmth of evening, allowing comfort to become a natural part of everyday living.

LP10這套住宅擁有開闊的景觀面與充足採光，設計以一家人的生活方式為出發點，重新梳理空間之間的關係。整體佈局圍繞公共生活、家庭交流與私人休息三個層次展開。客廳與餐廳沿著景觀面延伸，廚房、書房與臥室向內展開，在保持開放感的同時，也讓日常動線更加清晰。

大客廳面向海景展開，大面積窗景將陽光與海色帶入室內。淺木、奶油色與天然石材構成溫暖柔和的基調，雕塑感燈具、圓潤家具與藝術陳設則為空間加入一點輕盈與趣味。

This LP10 residence takes full advantage of its expansive views and abundant natural light, with the design shaped around the family’s way of living and a renewed sense of connection between spaces.The layout is organised around three layers of living — shared spaces, family interaction, and private retreat. The living and dining areas unfold along the view, while the kitchen, study and bedrooms extend further into the home, maintaining an open atmosphere while creating a clear and intuitive flow for everyday life.

The generous living room opens directly towards the sea, with expansive windows bringing daylight and the changing colours of the water indoors. Pale timber, creamy tones and natural stone establish a warm and understated palette, while sculptural lighting, softly curved furniture and artful objects bring a sense of lightness and playfulness to the space.

這座住宅位於香港半山，為一家四口的海外家庭而設計。室內以優雅的拱形元素、溫潤木材、天然石材、黃銅細節與層次豐富的燈光相互交織，營造出沉靜而細膩的居住氛圍。

公共空間向山景、跑馬地馬場及香港城市天際線展開。連續的拱形元素既勾勒出開闊景觀，也巧妙地整合窗簾及智能家居系統，讓整體建築語言保持簡潔而從容。克制的奶油色、白色與天然木色構成空間基調，將自然景觀留在視覺中心；人字拼木地板、雕塑感燈具、藝術品與定制細節，則為日常生活增添層次與曆久彌新的優雅。

Located in Hong Kong’s Mid-Levels, this residence was designed for a family of four from overseas.The interior brings together graceful arches, warm timber, natural stone, brass details and carefully layered lighting.

The living spaces unfold towards expansive views of the mountains, Happy Valley Racecourse and the Hong Kong skyline. Continuous arched elements frame these views while quietly integrating curtains and smart-home systems, keeping the architecture clean and composed.A restrained palette of cream, white and natural timber allows the landscape to remain the focus, while parquet flooring, sculptural lighting, art and bespoke details bring a sense of depth and timeless elegance to everyday life.

項目位於香港半山肇輝台，2700呎住宅面向翠綠山景、跑馬地馬場及香港城市天際線。

設計從一個簡單的問題開始：如何讓窗外的風景不只是被觀看，而是真正成為日常生活的一部分？

沿著落地窗設計的一組連續拱形，在整合結構柱的同時，也將窗簾軌道及智能家居系統巧妙地融入其中。當自然光沿著弧形界面進入室內，光線被柔和地引入，讓居所與窗外城市之間形成更自然的對話。

對於一家四口的外籍家庭而言，這個家將香港的城市活力，與歐洲住宅所帶來的安靜與熟悉感融合在一起。白色、奶油色與天然木材構成克制的基調，將視線留給窗外的風景；弧形細節、復古拼花地板、雕塑感燈具及精心挑選的藝術品，則為日常生活增添溫度與個性。

The design began with a simple question: how can the view become more than something seen through a window, and instead become part of everyday living?

A series of continuous arches frames the landscape while integrating structural columns, curtain tracks and smart-home systems into a seamless architectural language. As daylight moves through the curved reveals, the interior is gently illuminated, creating a softer dialogue between the home and the city beyond.

For an expatriate family of four, the residence brings together the vibrancy of Hong Kong with the quiet familiarity of a European home. A restrained palette of white, cream and natural timber allows the view to remain the protagonist, while curved details, parquet flooring, sculptural lighting and carefully selected art add layers of warmth and character.
