位於九龍站擎天半島的單位設計－告別多年租屋生涯，這所屬於一家三口的居所，在有限預算下實現了對質感生活的期盼。團隊以輕盈的淺色調為筆觸，將日常溫情融入每一處空間細節。玄關的大理石地磚引領步履入室，客廳電視牆以靈動曲線連綿至弧形天花，溫柔修飾空間過渡。牆面巧妙揉合古銅鋼層架與紋理牆紙，堆疊出豐富肌理；飯廳旁增設整合了酒櫃與展示層架的全高餐邊櫃，讓收納與品味相得益彰。我們將三房重組，被打通的第三房歸入主人房，一次滿足睡眠、工作與戶主對於爵士鼓的音樂愛好。面對非方正格局，置頂衣櫃巧妙修飾牆角，並以質感屏風劃分出獨立書房；孩子房則在入牆衣櫃之外，特別搭配輕盈的玻璃吊櫃，為模型與書籍提供精緻的陳列舞台。

After years of renting, this family of three has settled into their dream home, a light-filled, textured haven created within a smart budget. Marble tiles guide you from the entry into a living room anchored by a curved TV wall and soft ceiling contours. Bronze-tinted steel accents and textured wallpaper add quiet sophistication, paired with a full-height dining cabinet that houses both w**e and everyday essentials. The original layout was restructured into a spacious master suite accommodating a bed, a private home office, and even the homeowner’s full drum kit. In the child’s room, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes pair with glass display boxes for books and model figures, making functional storage feel light and refined.

天璽．海 // 靜水流深之現代東方雅居

位於啟德天璽．海的特色單位－面對這所坐擁寬闊海景的四房大宅，設計的核心在於如何解開長形格局與狹長壁面的拘束，化作成為一處奢華亦懂得呼吸的空間。長形廊道在溫潤木皮與金緻藝術牆的襯托下，揉合出層次豐富的奢華底蘊。飯廳一側特別鋪設全高鏡面，將窗外的海光水色與自然日光無縫折射入室，讓原本有限的空間尺度向外延展，與蔚藍海景遙相呼應。為了在有限坪效中完美整合睡眠、工作與衣帽間，全屋以客製傢俱回應生活，例如，主人房在實現流暢的三邊落床之餘，亦運用透光玻璃衣櫃門片打破壓迫感；輔以質感捫布、特色牆紙與精緻玻璃燈飾，築起極具包裹感的奢華寢居。

Located at Cullinan Harbour in Kai Tak, this featured four-bedroom residence commands sweeping ocean views. The design revolves around overcoming the long layout and narrow walls, transforming the home into a luxurious sanctuary. In the living area, warm timber paneling and a gold-textured feature wall add a rich layer. A full-height mirror wall in the dining area reflects the natural daylight and seascape, visually expanding the room to blend with the view outside. To integrate sleeping, working, and wardrobe zones within a compact footprint, custom built-in furniture was designed throughout the apartment. The master bedroom comfortably fits a three-sided accessible bed, while translucent glass wardrobe doors keep the space open and light. Soft upholstered paneling, patterned wallpaper, and refined glass lighting combine to create a restful retreat.

位於鴨脷洲南灣的特色單位－專為一家五口打造的居所，將原有的雙套房重新劃分為四房格局，並以經典法式線條融合度假風元素，營造出高貴而鬆弛的現代氛圍。玄關右側配置法式線條高櫃，延伸視覺層次；電視主牆以特色油漆、雲石與壁爐交織出放鬆氣息，飯廳則巧設隱藏門與連貫櫃體，順暢連結客飯廳。過渡至廚房位置更增設拱形牆身與中島檯，打造兼具視覺焦點的輕食區。主人房以米色為主調，搭配溫潤圓角床頭板、窗邊軟榻及步入式衣帽間；兩間女兒房則善用挑高空間與窗台，將床位下抬升為儲物區，並於窗台整合書桌與書櫃，在有限空間內精準滿足日常學習與休息需求。

Tailored for a family of five, this home was reconfigured from a two-en-suite layout into a four-bedroom sanctuary. It merges classic French mouldings with resort-inspired elements. The living room features a fireplace, custom paint finish, and marble feature wall to set a tranquil tone. The dining area connects to the living space through continuous cabinetry and a hidden door, anchored by an arched feature wall and a kitchen island for light meals. The master suite adopts a soothing beige palette, complete with a soft rounded headboard, window lounge seat, and walk-in closet. In the daughters' bedrooms, elevated platform beds unlock smart under-bed storage, while integrated bay window desks and bookshelves maximize every inch for work and rest.

位於雲地利台的單位設計－這所日式簡約居所專為終於擁有定居之處的一家三口而打造，以淺木色調、木紋磚與局部雲石鋪陳，於實用與自然間定下舒緩的生活節奏。連貫的電視牆結合弧形天花，巧化橫樑結構；飯廳設有L型餐邊備餐區極大化收納，搭配極簡風格的黑鋼吊燈，於溫柔木意中注入俐落線條。主人房以木條子紋路床頭搭配質感牆紙，圓角衣櫃修飾出溫馨氣息；獨立書房配備全高收納櫃，方便在家辦公；兒子房則加入圓角書桌與彈性佈局，預留成長空間。

Designed for a family of three settling into their permanent home, this Japanese minimalist sanctuary embraces a tranquil lifestyle rooted in nature and functionality. A serene palette of light oak, timber-grain tiles, and delicate marble accents grounds the interior. In the living room, a continuous wall merges with a curved ceiling to disguise structural beams, while an L-shaped sideboard in the dining zone maximizes prep space and storage, with a sleek black steel pendant light. The ensuite features a textured headboard and rounded wardrobe edges for a cozy finish. A dedicated study room with full-height cabinetry provides a streamlined work-from-home setup, while the son's bedroom pairs rounded desk contours with a flexible layout to allow room for growth.

位於竹林苑的單位設計－一家四口續居熟悉屋苑，我們重新為其量身重構空間，極大化收納機能。玄關以雲石地台與金屬拱門獨立成角，鋪陳進室儀式感；順沿牆身打造的 Library Wall 整合鋼琴區、展示陳板與豐富收納。不規則的飯廳擺放圓形餐桌，輔以弧形石材餐邊櫃融化線條，提升精緻層次感。穿過隱藏門進入睡眠區，客廁以牛油果綠細磚與爵士白石檯展現活潑質感。女兒房以粉色拱門衣櫃與動物壁畫營造童趣；兒子房則以氣球燈活化小空間。主人房巧用菱形窗台訂製同型書枱，配合雙邊衣櫃與茶色玻璃飾櫃，完美發揮角落用途；書房則以牛油果綠配搭藤編與金屬，築起沉穩獨特的工作空間。

Designed for a family of four staying within their cherished neighborhood, this residence underwent a complete spatial reconfiguration to maximize functional storage. An inviting entry begins at the foyer, where an inlaid marble threshold and metallic arch create a defined sense of arrival. In the living domain, an expansive Library Wall incorporates a piano nook, display shelving, and ample storage, while the dining area features a round table and curved stone sideboard to soften the irregular layout. Beyond a hidden door lies the private sleeping quarters, starting with a lively guest bath tiled in avocado green and Volakas marble. The daughter’s bedroom pairs a blush arched wardrobe with whimsical animal murals, while the son’s room utilizes playful balloon lighting to enliven a compact space. In the primary suite, a bespoke study desk fits into the angled bay window, anchored by dual wardrobes and tinted glass display cases; nearby, a quiet home study blends rich avocado green with woven cane for an elevated workspace.
