【破局 ‧ 空間自主】

人到了不同階段，便有着不同需求，就像這次的戶主夫婦，在這個家生活了 21年，正計劃退休的他們，隨着兒子到外國升學，便想為居室來個大翻新，更貼合往後的生活需求。我們不僅為空間賦予煥然一新的感覺，更因應兩口子的需求，重新規劃空間分佈，打破「廳大於房」的死板印象，為他們建構二人專屬的悠閒角落，讓他們可各自享受悠然生活的同時，亦不忘兩人的互動交流，配合淺色木材為主調的背景，實現機能性強、暖意盎然的安樂窩。

Every Stage of Life Deserves a Home That Fits Perfectly.

After living in this apartment for 21 years, our clients reached a major milestone: their son moved abroad for university, and they began planning for their well-deserved retirement. Recognizing that their needs had shifted, they trusted us to completely reimagine and renovate their space for the next chapter of their lives.

We completely reconfigured the layout to perfectly tailor to their new lifestyle, breaking the traditional rule of "living room over bedroom." Instead, we curated individual "me-time" nooks alongside open, shared areas with flexible. Now, they can comfortably enjoy their own hobbies while staying effortlessly connected.
Grounded in light-toned wood and packed with clever functionality, this space has been reborn into a warm, serene sanctuary for their golden years.

最近接受媒體訪問的還有星島頭條 ST Headline，感謝星島把我們的作品帶到更廣闊的平台，接觸更多不同的讀者！介紹的項目分別有「西貢半世紀村屋大翻新」，以及「退休夫婦築愉景灣清新度假屋」，前者項目巧妙將古舊的村屋，變身成別具中古韻味的幸福三口之家；後者是為兩口子建構的悠然退休安樂窩，兩宅風格截然不同，但同以戶主夢寐以求的居家生活為出發點。

【西貢半世紀村屋大翻新】

第一個項目是位於於西貢的村屋，對於戶主夫婦來說，雖然這幢村屋擁有差不多 50年歷史，歲月痕跡亦隨處可見，但看到室外青翠怡人的景觀和悠閒的氛圍，他們都決定購入這個單位。於是我們透過大肆改動間隔，並加入戶主鍾情的色調與中世紀風格，讓戶主一家三口在居室不同角落，都可享受大自然景色，投入溫暖的親子互動時光。

【退休夫婦築愉景灣清新度假屋】

【自然共居】
Living Capacity: One Couple
Size: 1,000 sqft

第一個項目是位於愉景灣大約1,000呎的單位，住着一對退休夫婦……能與大自然、陽光為伴、沉浸在寧靜的氛圍，正是二人夢寐以求的退休生活。因此他們選擇了位於愉景灣的新居，充裕的居住空間，不用多作間隔改動的前提下，我們亦有更多空間，透過物料與線條，為他們建構一個夢想中的悠然居室。

經歷廿多年的生活洗禮，居所內物件繁雜，舊有的空間格局已逐漸與生活步調脫節。當空間承載力面臨飽和，正是重塑生活秩序的契機。

本案戶主夫婦快將步入退休之年，期望藉着室內設計為這個家注入新生。原有裝潢雖有收納規劃，卻已無法滿足當下的審美與機能需求。與他們仔細研究之後，我們採取了徹底的「空間解構與重塑」策略。
設計上，我們打破封閉的格局，將廚房、玄關、細房及走廊局部釋放，運用通透的佈局建立空間的延伸感。此舉大幅提升空間感的同時，亦令日常動線更加流暢。整體鋪陳豐沛的自然材質，營造出寧靜安穩的氛圍，精準地為喜愛下廚、閱讀與踏單車的屋主二人，度身訂造出既契合他們生活節奏、又充滿詩意的悠然居所。

After 20 years of shifting routines, this home had reached its holding capacity—it was time for a drastic spatial reset.

As the owners approaching retirement, they sought to breathe new life into their sanctuary. The original layout had basic storage, while it had completely outgrown its modern aesthetic and functional needs. Through a collaborative design vision, we completely deconstructed and reimagined the entire footprint.
By removing partitions across the kitchen, entryway, bedrooms, and corridor, we established an airy, interconnected layout. This expansive flow optimizes daily movement, while an embrace of rich, organic materials evokes serene tranquility. The result is a bespoke, poetic heaven perfectly attuned to the couple's love for reading, cooking, and cycling.

經歷廿多年的生活洗禮，居所內物件繁雜，舊有的空間格局已逐漸與生活步調脫節。當空間承載力面臨飽和，正是重塑生活秩序的契機。

▫️ 廚房：開闊規範 悠然下廚空間

進門玄關處，設計師果斷拆除了分隔牆，將廚房、雪櫃與士多房重新調配位置，流暢地與玄關融為一體，為熱愛入廚的女戶主拓寬出一幅自在下廚的風景。

▫️ 客廳：大刀闊斧 為居室賦予新意

客飯廳作為全屋的焦點，空間的流動感在此展現得淋漓盡致。原有的走廊移至近窗位置，並將兩間細房局部釋放，改造成並排而立的工作間與多功能室。客廳與工作間之間留有闊1.3米的通道，搭配一座特別設計、上下挑空的電視牆，讓客廳與工作間在保持連繫的同時，亦享有通連貫的感覺。兩房之間裝上趟門，平時保持視覺延伸，必要時也能靈活一變，成為供戶主媽媽留宿的獨立休息空間。

▫️ 物料：細緻鋪陳 交織質感樂章

在視覺與質感的鋪陳上，電視牆採用了素色為基調，揉合石材、瓷磚、油漆與木皮等豐沛的自然材質，堆疊出寧靜而多變的視覺層次。為了安放戶主龐大的藏書量，設計捨棄了壓迫感重的大型書櫃，轉而在客廳近窗處築起地台，讓戶主日常能倚窗閱讀，下方更設置可收納兩三百本書的容身之所，成就兩口子最恬靜閒適的閱讀角落。

▫️ 飯廳與主人房：著重實用與機能

設計的實用機能與彈性，在飯廳亦得以延續。考量到戶主不常在飯廳用膳，設計師特別邀請本地木工工房 burumu，合作設計一組伸展式的實木餐桌椅，平時完美隱藏收納，騰出生活動線，朋友到訪時則可延展容納八至十人。飯廳層架處特設的一道玻璃門更具備雙重機能，既能隱藏餐桌，往左推移則可巧妙阻擋廚房油煙。
這份對自然物料與機能的追求，也延伸至主人房，過渡區兩側規劃了懸吊式收納與條紋玻璃衣櫥，搭配高地台儲物，並特意找來一塊自然原石作為地台階梯，與起居室互相呼應。

這場改造卸下了歲月的繁雜，精準地為熱愛下廚、閱讀與踏單車的屋主二人，度身訂造出契合生活節奏的悠然新章。

【日光‧煥發新意】Light up the Space with New Meaning

這個黃埔的家承載著二十年的溫馨記憶，更是送給兒子成家立室最好的新婚禮物。面對舊式屋苑常見的「鑽石廳」格局，過去因為家具難擺放、動線不便，讓兒子總愛逗留在睡房，令客廳漸漸失去了凝聚力。因此我們在居室間隔上進行了大刀闊斧的空間改造——不僅徹底解決棘手的斜角問題，將起居室空間感極大化，更打破常規用上「一字型」的廚房和浴室規劃，完美順應戶主的生活動線。開揚通透的空間，成功為這個家營造出閒適安穩的氛圍，重新拉近家人的距離。

這個擁有接近四十年樓齡的單位，有着典型傳統的「鑽石廳」和三房兩廳間隔，為了在居室注入新鮮感和增加凝聚力，我們決定大幅度地重新規劃，先把部份非結構牆打通，而主人房和客房則保留在原有位置，讓空間感倍增。

客廳 化刁鑽角落為溫暖空間

除了鑽石廳，居室的一大問題是大門對沖客廳窗戶，所以我們特意在入門處建造一道半高的屏風鞋櫃，輕鬆解決問題的同時，亦劃分出一個合宜的玄關位置。另外客廳靠窗的斜角位置，則建構成一個悠閒角落。當空間平整了，電視便可與沙發平衡擺放，客廳搖身成為家人舒適共聚的溫暖空間。而沙發背後則是開放式廚房，讓主人家下廚時可與客廳的家人互動無阻。

飯廳 主題式用餐氛圍

飯廳座落於拆掉一房之後的一隅，自成一閣的空間設於兩房對出的位置，我們特地在兩道房門上鋪設不規則圖案的牆布，當趟門打開後合拼時，便成為餐桌悠然悅目的背景，為飯廳營造獨特的用餐氛圍。

主人房 「一字型」規劃巧思

主人房設計亦不乏巧思──主人房浴室破格地採用「一字型」排列，淋浴間、立柱形洗手盆和座廁一字排開，伴以牆上的馬賽克和珊瑚色門框趟門，精品酒店的況味隨即活現眼前。因着套廁的「變陣」，為寢室騰出更多空間，既可容納兩個衣櫥和書桌，同時睡床四邊亦設有通道，令生活動線更靈活，因而成為戶主兩口子嚮往已久一站式的作息空間。

窗外，是黃埔景物依舊的日常；窗內，是煥然一新的現代生活。空間變了，但家的溫度卻與日俱增，期望讓戶主在這裏將故事完美地延續下去。

To spark a new chapter, we boldly reshaped the layout—transforming the tricky angles in order to maximize the living space. We introduced an unconventional, linear design for both the open kitchen and en-suite bathroom, seamlessly aligning the home with the couple's daily routines. This bright, airy layout allows natural light to embrace every corner, restoring warmth and connection to the family.

Outside, Whampoa’s view remains unchanged; inside, a vibrant modern life begins. The space has evolved, but its soul endures—ready for our client to write their next chapter.

【分享 悠然 ‧ 趣味】Sharing Moments, Sharing Space, Sharing Fun

做設計最讓人滿足的地方，就是居室設計能反映客人的喜好，並與他們的生活模式同步，甚至令生活更舒適、更富趣味……這次我們很幸運地遇上了同樣鍾情電子遊戲的兩口子，他們二人亦喜歡收藏遊戲卡帶，加上對設計的接受程度很高，便讓我們可以大刀闊斧地改動間隔，並注入鮮明的色彩，為他們創造一個可供娛樂、上網和作息的趣味空間。

重整 ‧ 貼近生活日常
這個家原本是三房兩廳的傳統間隔，因應屋主二人共同的喜好與生活習慣，我們決定將大部份間隔推倒重來。首先在玄關入口處設置一個可三面使用的收納櫃── 集鞋櫃、餐邊櫃和遊戲卡帶櫃於一身，既解決了收納不同物品的需要，亦可劃出明確的玄關範圍，令回家／出門儀式感滿滿。我們於向窗一邊的櫃身設置飯廳，及破格地將靠窗的位置，闢作二人玩電子遊戲和上網的空間，以及把客廳移師至由兩間細房組成的空間，徹底地整合居室空間，為的就是更配合戶主的生活日常。

色彩 ‧ 勾勒空間焦點
經過商量之後，我們決定把兩個浴室結合成三分離式設計，既平衡屋主二人門時使用的需要，亦大大提升浴室的空間感。為了讓客廳整體感覺更統一，浴室外的牆身採用「一體式」的設計，這裏既設有收納電器、雜物的儲物櫃，也有展示空間，另外亦隱藏了浴室入口；整幅牆身則用上深邃的木材和紅色瓷磚連結起來，建構成美觀與功能兼備的特色牆，瞬間成為居室的焦點。

客廳：連結更寬敞空間
寬敞的客廳既整合了走廊的空間，同時亦善用空間深度。我們在梳化背後預留了空間設置沙發的靠背，並結合摺枱功能，讓兩口子可以在這裏邊吃飯、邊看電視。另外我們亦利用打通兩房、連結窗戶的優勢，加深窗台深度及設置座墊，讓屋主可以在聚會時，招呼多些朋友都綽綽有餘。經過多方面的整合與改造，便將客廳塑造成自成一閣的悠閒、娛樂空間。

這個家以屋主的嗜好為設計起點，從收納動線、公私空間重整，到色彩取向，皆讓每處空間都更貼近生活節奏。戶主對電子遊戲的熱情不再只停留在屏幕，更延伸成日常的交流與樂趣；也讓家成為他們更全情投入的私人樂園。

The most rewarding moment is creating a home that fits its owners —aligning with their lifestyle and even making everyday living more comfortable and delightfully playful.
This time, we felt really blessed to work with a couple who share a deep love for video games. Together, they enjoy collecting game cartridges, and they’re also highly open-minded about design. That meant we were able to reimagine the space with bold, sweeping changes—injecting vivid color and character throughout.
The result is a lively, interactive home designed for gaming, browsing, and everyday rest—an inviting environment that’s as fun as it is functional.

甫進這個擁有四十年樓齡的家，迎面而來的是由深邃色調、豐腴物料塑造而成的濃厚氛圍……正好預示着這個家的獨有魅力……與別不同的設計元素，源自戶主夫婦獨到的設計觸覺，從第一次見面準備好的 mood board，我們便知道一般的明亮、簡約設計並不是他們的那杯茶，於是我們用上破格的空間規劃，輔以不一樣的設計語言，為這個家注滿個性和故事感，讓他們可在古典與現代感和諧交織的空間，享受寧靜的紓壓時光。

這個家並沒有刻意追逐潮流的脈絡，也非博古列新的收藏館。它是為兩個人的日常而設計的舞台——在烹飪的煙火與電影的光影間，讓生活的節拍舒緩下來。透過色彩與物料把時間串連，光影之間，藍與紅串連起生活的細碎，成為兩人共同呼吸的溫度。

Built over forty years ago, this project reflects distinct temperament. From our first meeting the clients’ mood board revealed a clear sensibility—an appetite for classicism, bold colour and meticulous detail— we knew this project would demand a different approach. Through unconventional space planning, a vivid palette, and layered materials and lines, we composed a home of character and narrative: a place where nostalgia and modernity coexist, and where the couple can unwind after the pace of the day.

By weaving the owners’ daily routines into a tapestry of bold colors and rich materials, we have crafted more than just an interior—we have built an evocative retreat where the pace of life slows down, and every corner resonates with the identity of the owners.
