Located in Pejaten, South Jakarta, this home is designed for a slower chapter of life.

Warm Mediterranean-inspired architecture combines white textured walls, natural stone, terracotta roof tiles, dark metal frames, and timber for a relaxed, timeless feel.

After years of living around a 9-to-5 routine, this house is prepared as a true family home—a place to rest, reconnect, and enjoy daily life.

Inside are a master bedroom with ensuite, an elder-friendly parent bedroom with ensuite, guest and family spaces, an open living–dining–kitchen area, service area, side garden, rear swimming pool, and parking for four cars. A semi-outdoor golf simulator in the front garden adds a personal touch to the home.

A home for family, rest, and the next chapter of life.

A home shaped by memories of Paris, designed for a family bringing a sense of that familiar atmosphere into their new residence in Kencana Loka, BSD.

The architecture takes a simple French-inspired approach, combining elegant proportions, classic details, and a warm, relaxed character. The house includes four bedrooms, a man cave in the semi-basement, and a private office in the attic.

The irregular site was transformed into an opportunity, with leftover spaces turned into small gardens and courtyards that bring in more greenery, natural light, and ventilation.

A contemporary family home with a subtle touch of Parisian memory, thoughtfully adapted to its site and surroundings.

Masjid Al Ikhlas — Metro Munjul, Tangerang

A mosque is more than a place of worship. It is also a space where the community meets, connects, and strengthens relationships with one another.

Designed with a compact and efficient layout, Masjid Al Ikhlas brings together the main prayer hall, separate wudhu areas, imam space, supporting rooms, gardens, and an open courtyard within a clear and simple composition.

The architecture is intended to create a calm and welcoming atmosphere using natural light, generous openings, shaded transitional spaces, and a strong sense of connection between the interior and surrounding landscape.

A place for prayer, reflection, and silaturahmi, where architecture supports both spiritual needs and everyday community life.

Small in width, rich in life.

As land becomes increasingly valuable, this home explores how a narrow, elongated footprint can still support a healthy, connected, and intimate way of living.

By bringing light, air, greenery, and meaningful spaces into the depth of the house, less space can still offer more quality of life.

It’s not about living bigger, but living better.
