Change is possible. ❤️

There's a lot more to Chris Connolly than the incredible running challenges he's taken on.

I had the privilege of sitting down with Chris to hear more about his personal journey, the difficult times he's faced and how he's managed to turn his life around.

From battling addiction and going through rehab to rebuilding relationships with his family, Chris has come an incredible distance in his personal life.

What really stood out to me was how much he wants to use his experiences to encourage others who might be going through difficult times themselves.

That's what Get Better With Chris is all about. Helping people realise that change is possible and encouraging them to take those steps for themselves.

A really honest conversation with someone who has a lot to share. ❤️👏

Over 1,500km through Spain, and Chris Connolly says he actually got stronger as the challenge went on! 🏃‍♂️

I sat down with Chris to hear what it was really like taking on such an incredible challenge, and what stood out most was his attitude towards the whole experience.

Running for hours every day is one thing, but dealing with the mental highs and lows that come with it is another challenge altogether.

It's fascinating hearing how Chris approaches these situations, and even more impressive how much he genuinely enjoys pushing himself.

Over 1,500km through Spain, a cabin being built back home, and one unforgettable reaction! 🏡❤️

While Chris Connolly was away completing his running challenge, our team was busy bringing his new cabin together.

Seeing him walk through the door for the first time was a brilliant moment.

Chris has big plans for this space, particularly when it comes to helping others through Get Better With Chris.

We're delighted to have played a small part in making that happen. 🙌

We caught up with John at the Cork Summer Show 🎤🏡

For him, a cabin would be all about having a bit of space to call his own away from a busy household 🙌

A TV, a couch, some sports memorabilia and of course, a little fridge for the beers 🍺⚽

Would the family be allowed in?

Maybe for Eurovision 😂

And if he could add one extra thing to the setup, it would have to be a sauna 🔥
