💕 A Little Bit About Me – Pamela 💕

For anyone who doesn’t know me, I thought it was time to share a little bit about the person behind Staplestown Honesty Hut! 🏡🍰

My name is Pamela, I’m a mam of 3, lover of country music, a farmer’s daughter from The Glenn of Imaal in Wicklow, I’ve been living in Staplestown for the last 18 years with my husband Marty, who also runs his own business. ❤️

Baking is well and truly in my blood! I’m a third-generation baker, with my mam and sister both bakers too. While we’re all very different, you could say baking is a family tradition.

I have 4 siblings, 2 brothers & 2 sisters and between us we all run our own very different businesses. Hard work, a bit of entrepreneurial spirit and a love of what we do definitely runs in the family! 💪🏼

While I haven’t always been a baker I have always loved baking and cooking, and one of my favourite things to do is browse through cookbooks, discover new recipes and get creative in the kitchen. I’m always on the lookout for something new and delicious to bring to the hut for you all to try! 📚🍪( exciting things on the cards for the New Year)

Staplestown Honesty Hut is a little piece of my heart, and I’m so grateful for all the support, encouragement and kindness you’ve shown me along the way. ❤️

Thanks a million for supporting my little business and being part of this journey. I hope you enjoy getting to know the person behind all the bakes a little better! 🥰

🎉🥳 HAPPY 2ND BIRTHDAY TO STAPLESTOWN HONESTY HUT! 🥳🎉

Two whole years of baking, early mornings, flour-covered kitchen and lots of lovely treats! 🧁🍞❤️

I honestly can’t believe it’s been two years since I opened the doors of my little honesty hut. What started as a dream has grown into something so special, and I’m so grateful to every single person who has stopped by, bought a bake, spread the word or supported my little business along the way. 🥰

From homemade breads and cakes to all your favourite sweet treats, every purchase and every bit of support means the world to me. 💕

A huge THANK YOU for supporting local, shopping small and helping Staplestown Honesty Hut grow over the last two years. You’re all a little part of this journey, and I couldn’t do it without you! 🫶

Here’s to many more years of fresh bakes, sweet treats and lovely customers! 🎂🥂

Thanks a mill for everything! ❤️
