FROM VISION TO REALITY | PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN ACTION

Construction is progressing at Cilantro Restaurants, Rockbrook, Sandyford, Dublin.

This commercial retail fit-out of approximately 450 m² brings together architectural design, specialist installations and coordinated construction delivery.

With architectural design by Douglas Wallace, PROGALA is appointed as Project Manager, providing professional oversight of the construction process.

From the initial site works through to the evolving internal layout and building services installations, the project is taking shape.

Sion Road, Dublin

A complete transformation of an existing family home, reimagined around light, landscape and connection.

The existing bungalow was substantially reorganised to create a sequence of generous, interconnected living spaces, opening the house to its garden while bringing natural light deep into the plan.

At the heart of the project, a new glazed circulation space addresses a landscaped courtyard, creating changing views through the house and connecting the principal living spaces. Large areas of glazing, carefully positioned rooflights and framed openings strengthen the relationship between inside and out.

A restrained palette of white render, dark metalwork and natural timber brings together the existing and new architecture, with warm, considered interiors designed for everyday family life.
