Soft, smooth, and a little bit luxurious. ✨
Windsor Velvet in Devon Cream, fitted on the stairs and landing. 🤍
A velvet carpet has a smooth, even finish that looks polished on every step. The warm cream shade keeps the hallway bright and pairs with almost any wall colour or banister.
The stairs are the first thing guests see when they walk in. Make them count. 🏡

New build, done right ✨
Fresh keys, blank canvas — and this hallway now makes the first impression it deserves.
🪵 Chateau Oak Herringbone downstairs — warm, light oak in a classic herringbone lay that instantly lifts the whole entrance.
🏠 Bomonti carpet in Heather up the stairs and landing — soft underfoot, neutral enough to suit any décor, finished with a herringbone border that ties the two floors together perfectly.
Every edge, every nosing, every transition fitted with care. That's the difference a proper fit makes.

Got our first 1-star in a long time, 3 years after the fact.

He came into the showroom, we talked it through and quoted on the size he gave us. He paid a deposit. Then we drove from Dublin to Meath tolls, petrol, a staff member out for the day to measure up properly.

The job came back bigger than what he'd told us, so the quote went up to match.

He wasn't happy with the corrected price and wanted the full deposit back. We refunded part of it and kept the rest to cover the measure and the work already done.

Three years on, he leaves us a 1 star over it.
How would you reply to this one? 👇
