Day 1 at Kilkenny Design, Nassau Street Dublin.

We enjoyed meeting so many customers all over the world, we also met a lady from Italy who was wearing our flower design hat and a lady who bought our silk scarf before and bought another one today.

The idea of this sheep design came to me during a train journey to Dublin on the inaugural Kilkenny design makers Academy Bootcamp on July 23rd.

I was chatting with two girls sitting beside me, and I noticed both of their bags were decorated with cute animal accessories. After showing them a few of our felt sheep designs, I asked how they thought we should dress our little sheep. They both said they would love to see the sheep dressed the same way they dressed themselves.

Then I noticed one of the girls wearing a dress with a pair of brown boots. That gave the idea of creating a little sheep wearing a dress and boots.

Now this little sheep became a popular design and my heartfelt thanks to the two lovely girls. Thank you for sharing your ideas with me on that day.

Forage in the forest.

This season, we are spending our weekends foraging in the forest for wild mushrooms 🍄 Penny Buns, Honey Fungus, and Golden Chanterelle if we are lucky.

The forest and its mushrooms are part of nature that we love exploring throughout the year.

Our mushroom 🍄 design beanies are inspired by the nature that surrounds us.

Nature is our inspiration every day.
