Key Responsibilities
Lead interior design projects from concept development to final ex*****on.
Understand client requirements, lifestyle, preferences, budget, and functional needs.
Develop concept designs, space planning, mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations.
Prepare and review 2D drawings, detailed working drawings, elevations, furniture layouts, and ceiling plans.
Coordinate with 3D visualizers, draftsmen, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
Conduct regular site visits and ensure design intent is executed accurately.
Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, hardware, and accessories.
Prepare and review BOQs, material specifications, and project requirements.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
Communicate effectively with clients and provide design recommendations and solutions.
Handle design revisions and resolve design or ex*****on-related issues.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion.
Mentor and guide junior interior designers and design team members.
Ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget, timeline, and design standards.
Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, products, and industry developments.
