They say building a business is hard. I think building the right team is even harder.
When I started, I didn't have a factory, a fancy office, or a big brand name. Just a dream and the determination to make it work.
The biggest challenge wasn't finding skilled artisans—it was finding the first person who believed in me.
Why would someone leave the security of their home to join an unknown brand with uncertain orders?
But once that first artisan trusted my vision, everything slowly started falling into place. One artisan became two, two became five, and today every handmade piece that leaves our studio carries the talent of people who once took a chance on my dream.
Sometimes, all it takes is one person believing in you before the world starts believing too. ❤️
