Old Tawa turned into Wall Clock ⏰!
Probably one of the easiest and quickest makeover I’ve ever done & absolutely serving as my kitchen clock since past 3 years !

Shimla weather & coffee… a combination that rarely needs convincing. ☕🌲❤️

A day here somehow makes you want to slow down, find a cosy corner and wrap your hands around a warm cup of coffee.
And this time, my coffee stop came with a little extra character… camouflage, fauji vibes, some very clever upcycling and enough quirky details to keep my DIY-loving heart happily looking around. 😄🫡

Shared the whole story of Command Post Café in yesterday’s reel… but these pictures deserved a little space of their own.
And well… the weather in last two slides can make you want a cup right away 🫶🥰❤️🌲

While in Shimla, I found this rather cool Command Post Café - an AWWA ( Army Women’s Welfare Association) initiative run by the Indian Army. 🫡☕
From tyre seating and drum tables to camouflage walls, military-inspired details and food served in Army-style mess tins & cups - you can imagine how happy my DIY-loving heart was! ❤️

There are selfie points, Army souvenirs and plenty of quirky, bunker-inspired details to discover while you sip your coffee.

So if Shimla is on your travel list, take a break from the usual café hopping and do report to Command Post Café! 🫡

And while you’re there, you’re also supporting a wonderful Army & AWWA initiative. ❤️

Felt like the perfect day to reshare this one. 🙏✨ Some collaborations go beyond work ….
I remember walking into this store and genuinely feeling such a beautiful sense of calm & divinity… it was more than just admiring the beautiful Mandirs ❤️

On this auspicious day, revisiting a little moment that felt truly sacred. 🦚
