POV: you’re watching a building go from lines on a floor plan to a finished facade.

This is our Fortis Hospital project, traced from the first plan drawing to the building exterior.

At DesignICON, healthcare design starts with the floor plan. Patient flow, staff movement and the placement of every department are worked out there before the facade takes shape.

POV: you walk past this house in Jamshedpur and slow down without meaning to.

Our Jamshedpur residence is built from warm, honest materials. Crisp white volumes sit next to natural stone and vertical timber.

Every balcony has a planter, so the greenery softens the house as it rises. At street level, the slatted wooden gate and stone wall give the family privacy while still feeling open to the neighbourhood.
