🔹 **Position:** Site Supervisor
🔹 **Experience:** Minimum 3 Years
🔹 **Project Types:** Residential & Commercial Interiors
🔹 **Location:** Kolkata
🔹 **Mandatory Requirement:** Must own a bike/two-wheeler and be willing to travel to project sites.
**Key Responsibilities:**
✅ Supervise day-to-day site ex*****on and interior finishing work.
✅ Coordinate with labourers, contractors, vendors, and project managers.
✅ Monitor work quality, project progress, and timelines.
✅ Ensure materials are available and used efficiently.
✅ Maintain site discipline and provide regular progress updates.
✅ Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
**Requirements:**
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
✔ Good knowledge of interior materials, drawings, and ex*****on techniques.
✔ Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to manage site teams and meet project deadlines.
✔ Own bike/two-wheeler is mandatory.
