The clients envisioned a retreat that would act as a sanctuary away from their urban lives.

The challenge was to create a sense of connection between two villas without compromising their individual identities or altering the existing walls, as the villas were part of a gated community.

The design therefore focused on thoughtfully unifying the two homes, creating a seamless sense of openness, adaptability, and tranquillity.
